Carolina & the sales/administrative staff handled my sale expertly, with a minimum of fuss. The Hundai product line is excellent and everything was strait forward with none of the usual hard pressure sa sale expertly, with a minimum of fuss. I would have liked an even better price than I got but the car I wanted was in very short supply and the demand for the model I wanted was high. All in all a very good experience. More

As a customer, I couldn't have been treated any better during my recent purchase experience at Shawnee Mission Hyundai. We'd all, obviously, prefer not to have to pay what we do for a new vehicle, but during my recent purchase experience at Shawnee Mission Hyundai. We'd all, obviously, prefer not to have to pay what we do for a new vehicle, but car sales is a business, and everyone has to make a profit. Jon Munro, and Mike Ball, were tremendous. I hadn't bought a "new" vehicle in 38 years --- all purchases during that period had been previously-owned vehicles. I was in search of another previously-owned 2011 vehicle when I went looking for my Sonata. However, in conversation, and e-mail discussions, with Jon, I realized it made more sense to purchase new. I am glad I did. It was, truly, an almost family-like experience dealing with the both of them. The long-term "proof in the pudding" will come with any follow-up customer service needed, or whenever any warranty / repair work is performed on the car. At this point I have no reason to feel my initial experience will not be extended (Mike spoke extremely high about Shawnee Mission's Service Department, and Herschel exemplified that department's upbeat attitude when Jon introduced me to him). Before we (my wife and I) walked into the door, we were greeted by salesman Bob Wright. Since we had not yet established a personal salesperson, he eagerly offered his assistance with our needs. I am certain that all Shawnee Mission Hyundai sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and Bob proved to be that, as well as very easy to deal with before , during, and after our purchase (2011 Hyundai Sonata SE Turbo). The vehicle we decided on was not currently in stock and had to be "driven in" from another location. Since this was a Saturday, they (Bob and Michael Ball) graciously let us use a near identical (different color) vehicle for use until ours arrived. This was much more than we expected. Great car...but not as great as the one I got a few days later. My 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE Turbo in Phantom Black. Beautiful!! I am thoroughly pleased with my car and with the staff at Shawnee Mission Hyundai!! Thanks again! Lee Dehon More

We chose this dealership based on TV ads and their web site. Their new car inventory shown on the website assured us of a selection. The customer service was great. I had been looking at buying a new car for the past couple of months. It was about 2 months ago, that I called Shawnee Mission Hyundai (for the first time) and salesman BOB WRIGHT happened to answer m couple of months. It was about 2 months ago, that I called Shawnee Mission Hyundai (for the first time) and salesman BOB WRIGHT happened to answer my call when I asked for sales. I actually inquired about the new Elantra model. Bob was so helpful on that call that I made a point of writing his name down. I told him I'd ask for him when I came by in the future. I visited their dealership a few weeks ago and was impressed by the stock available on the lot (BIG selection of vehicles); their location; their beautiful facility and friendly staff. I did test drives on both the Elantra and Sonata. In doing my own research; I came to the conclusion that Hyundai has the best cars out there, BEST warranty and MUCH MORE for your dollar on standard features (compared to the competition). I also have a few friends with these cars and heard nothing but positive comments. I made an evening appointment with Bob this past Monday, to see what kind of deal we could do. He was always professional and accommodating to my needs and time. When I got there he had another couple who were taking delivery on a vehicle and I had to wait. Bob continually checked in with me and let me know how much longer it would be. When we finally started talking about what I wanted, I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of simple negotiation with Bob. I was able to come away with a very close sale to what I wanted in price (a great deal IMO). While it was a late night, I drove away in the car of my dreams and a smile on my face from the experience. I don't usually give all "5 stars" on a review ... but I really couldn't find any fault with Bob Wright or Shawnee Mission Hyundai. They've both won my continued business and support. Thomas More

We had been looking at the Hyundai Sonata for a while..My husband put in a quote request to several dealers on the Internet.. Carolina Shirley from Shawnee Mission Kansas was the quickest to reply.. We explained are situation and the price we were willing to spend, Shawnee was not the cheapest or closest but after dealing with the other dealers for a short time we found them to be somewhat cocky and pushy so we went to meet Carolina at Shawnee Mission she was very open and honest. The car we wanted was not available so we ordered from the factory she kept us very informed throughout the process, the final sale was very smooth, even after the sale Carolina has checked up with us to make sure everything was OK.. The friendliness and warmth of Carolina and Criss saved us from taking our business elsewhere. The sales manager was absolutely horrible and treated me and my boyfriend with GREAT disrespect! We refuse to punish Carolina and Criss for the problems that the sales manager created. They went above and beyond to make up for the way we were treated and wanted us to leave happy and assured that they way the sales manager acted is not the face of Shawnee Mission Hyundai. We appreciate the way Carolina and Criss treated us and truly hope that Hyundai employs more people like them,rather than people like the sales manager that almost cost Hyundai our business!
