I came into the dearlership as a drive by not thinking there was anyway I could get the car I wanted. To my surprise Frank Bellmeyer my sales person was great with follow through from the time I came in there was anyway I could get the car I wanted. The finanace office was easy, clear and I understood everything very easy. They worked with me on my down payment and actually called me on my cell to ask what would they as a dearlership have to do to get me to come back in and buy the car I relly liked. I was at Gladstone Dodge ready to buy a car there when they called me and said they would work with me and come back in. Best car buying experience ever, everyone i came in contact with was very friendly and Yvette was great. In the past i have been at dealerships nearly all day, on this i arrived at noon and was home wi contact with was very friendly and Yvette was great. Dion was a great salesman! Eager to show off the 2011 Santa Fe that I was interested in and it's features. He was not the pushy car salesman that some folks expect to encounter, just very polite, courteous, and willing to answer or get answers to all my questions without hype or oversell. After the sale, he took me to the service department (VERY clean and organized) and introduced me to the service manager. Nice touch. Also after the sale, Dion arranged another vehicle for me to drive the next day while they got my new car prepped and ready to go. After having the car for a couple of weeks and reading more reviews and getting my hands on it, I found that Dion had covered 99% of everything a new car owner should know about this vehicle. I'm loving my new Santa Fe and getting 23.5 mpg on my 1st tank of gas driving around town, right in the middle of the mileage range as rated. For those not as familiar with the Hyundai brand as they are with say Ford or GM, this is a highly unrated product with a very comfortable ride, great features, sporty but sensible look, and a good value. to begin with the man was eating his lunch when i got there and he put it aside without another mention of it. i told him what i was interested in an he showed me and we test drove 2 different cars , the there and he put it aside without another mention of it. i told him what i was interested in an he showed me and we test drove 2 different cars , the 2nd i decided i liked and mentioned to him another dealers on line deal for a comparable car and he talked with his boss and beat the other dealers price , by more than i expected so needless to say i was more than happy ! after that it was paper work time and waiting for things to clear credit ck etc. , he was very cordial and respectfull to a guy wearing dirty coveralls who had just left work ! we talked about golf and even getting together to play a round some time. every thing was explained clearly down to the last detail and i never once felt uncomfortable or presured in any way. 2 hrs after i got there i had what i came for , i picked up the car the next day and he walked me thru some of the paticulars and also introduced me to the service tech as i had a question for him . he 2 was kind and answered my question fully . all said and done , i drove off the lot a happy camper ! i regret the fact that he had to finish a cold lunch tho ! sorry dion ! you can get ur pay back on the golf course if we ever get a chance to play together ! hit em straight my friend !....clint !
