I went looking for a vehicle for my 19 year old daughter and encountered Rebecca after viewing a 2011 Sonata on the company website. We were interested in test driving the car after having visited another lot to test drive a Camry, Malibu, Impala, and Fusion. My daughter was instantly drawn to the body style and interior features on the car while I had been drawn to the car's gas mileage, safety rating, quality measures and price vs. the other cars we had driven. Rebecca arranged for a test drive and we asked her to come along and tell us about the features of the vehicle. I was a little blunt and asked her why I should buy this car over the Camry we had just driven and she smiled and proceeded to just tell us the features of the vehicle. I ask her several questions about the car and it's specs and she never missed a beat in terms of product knowledge. I was impressed with her warmth, sincerity, and belief in the product she was representing and never once felt like we were being pushed to buy the car. Our entire experience with her and the others at this dealership was positive. I had spent weeks researching prices, models, consumer ratings and when we determined that this was the car we wanted she had the car prepared and delivered just as she had promised. We really enjoyed the process and none of our experience had the negatives that are often a part of the used car business. In addition, we had interactions with Jon and Sam that were pleasant and they too made use feel great about the purchase of the vehicle. I was impressed with their product knowledge and customer service and would recommend them and this dealership to anyone purchasing a car. More

I stopped by the dealership this morning 5-11-11, after I noticed my low tire pressure light was on. It was starting to rain so I thought I would stop there and see if they would check my tire pressure. Wh noticed my low tire pressure light was on. When I pulled in, about 6:40 am, I was promptly contacted by someone in the service department who immediately began assisting me. However, when we entered the service office he spent the time to start a service order and was told to wait in the waiting area. After about 10 minutes and seeing two mechanics walking around talking about their activties from the previous evening I walked to the garage area where I saw my car sitting there, no one near it. Already late for work and being totally exasperated about non service I asked for my car back. After it was pulled around I asked one of the attendants when the shop opened to which he responded 7:00 am. No one told me this when I entered or I would have immediately left. I drove down the street to the Phillips station where I aired up my tire and went to work. This is just another instance that I felt as if the customer service at your business fell short. I simply asked for my tires to be checked. I assume if I would have waited for this to happen I would have been at least an hour late for work after paying who knows how much. If I would have stopped at a tire shop they, as I have in the past, I would have been provided the courtesy of immediate help and at no charge, for air. I dread the next time I have to bring my car in as I do not trust that the work done there is up to par. However, I have prepaid for much of my service which unfortunately ties me to your dealership. I just hope you will take a look at the protocol of your service department and consider how customer service can be improved so customers like me are not treated without regard for the situation and that sometimes it is simple just to check the air in the tires. More
She took the phone call in a very friendly manner. I went to meet with her the next day, and the greeter at the front door already knew my name. Very impressive. He wanted me to feel free if I had anyquestions that I had regarding when the car came in to the dealership. Purchasing the car was a breeze. The finances went very fast and he reiterated everything she had shared with me regarding the car. I did have a question, and while I was in doing the finances, whe went to the service department and copied off the information I wanted regarding the battery. I went back the next day, and she reviewed with me the blue-tooth since I was struggling with it. Carolina gave me a flower for Mother's Day! Great people. More
I was given Henry's name by a mutual friend. My friend spoke very highly of Henry and his professionalism. I am pleased to say my friend was spot on in his desription of Henry. Bob was great. I had a SUV and just wanted something to get better gas mileage and through research had fallen in love with the new 2011 Elantra. Went in to test drive and decided it was defintatly the veh get better gas mileage and through research had fallen in love with the new 2011 Elantra. Went in to test drive and decided it was defintatly the vehicle for me. He was very out going and easy to talk to and I got a vert fair price for my SUV. At the end of the day I left in my new sporty Zippy Elantra which I love more every day I drive it and it is getting about 2 1/2 times the gas mileage I was getting in my SUV. Thank You Bob for making my expierence with Hyundia a great one and I will be back for another one when it is time. I definatatly would recommend and have recommmended this dealership to other people. It has a great inventory selection and and very nice comfortable show room. All the people working there went out of there way to be friendly and be sure everything went like I wanted. More
