This experience at Reed was a 100% improvement on the last visit, which I rated as a disaster. Everything was better this time around. My last visit, things seemed "mixed up." They didn't even seem to have my vehicle on file, even though I had been bringing it in for service there since it was purchased at the old Shawnee Mission Hyundai. There was a lot wrong with my last visit, and I don't want to rehash it any further. This visit was great, and I'm very happy with the service that I received. More
