Work done was good but they treated me like I was a nuisance rather that a customer paying their paycheck!! Service desk was inattentive and did not value my time at all. Driver was great and the only positive from the 3plus hours I had to wait to have an oil change completed. Even had an appointment made days before. I appreciated that my oil change issue was resolved in a very timely and professional manner by the Shane Stanley the general manager.
