It was mistake and directed as miss communication about tire installation they charged me for new tire and they haven’t installed. I did went back they said they did but not. Jordan, my service advisor was the BEST! In for an oil change and was going to wait on my car. She advised of wait time and offered shuttle to local shopping so I wouldn’t be bored waiting! I had an appointment at 1215pm to have a tire looked at. An hour later my car is going up on the lift for a look. They were quick and checked out the vehicle thoroughly so at least I know the vehicle is in perfect condition. Unfortunately, nothing was found so at the suggestion of the check in man I am using my vehicle at least I know the vehicle is in perfect condition.
