When car was ready I was told it was ready to go he just needed to move a couple of cars and take the tag out of my car- so I got in but he left my key laying on the desk so I had to go back in to retrieve it- guess they were busy - but really disorganized that day This is the first time I have been dissatisfied so yes I’ll be back and hope it doesn’t happen again More

First ,we had a appointment, had a lady service personal, told her we were there for tires that we ordered to be installed and added all 4 wheel alignment, husband asked her about 10 yr roadside service he told her we were there for tires that we ordered to be installed and added all 4 wheel alignment, husband asked her about 10 yr roadside service he seen on the sign, apparently she took it upon herself to add Road Hazard for the New tires to the bill. Also was quoted a price of $700.00 for the tires they had to order, and she charged $856.00 for the tires . While trying to read the charges she kept turning pages as she talked , said sign here and took my card. We came back after we had left ,husband thought car still pulled to one side and I got to really look over the bill. That's when I found all the discrepancy. Went and talked to the man in parts who did the order on tires, told me I was right and that he sent service a correct price of $700.on the tires. I think his name was Jordan who corrected everything in service ,the lady wasn't there. More
