They make you purchase addons for the car by saying- may be a false practices, like your APR will be increased if we dont take policy addons as this will provide banks more security and peace of mind. Its a nightmare to cancel the hyundai addon policies as they are the only one can cancel it. Alert - Reed might not honor hyundai 3 day worry free exchange policy. Additional notes - Reed made me to register the car then treated as a tradein (gave full price of the car, Thanks!) which we will end up paying all dealership and documentation fee twice. More
I purchased a new vehicle in 2020 right before lock down. I purchased the maintenance contract for 8 oil changes. I knew at that time that I would not use 8 oil changes prior to the contract expirati down. I purchased the maintenance contract for 8 oil changes. I had the finance manager note that on the contract. After my last oil change I was informed that my contract would not be honored. So I ended up paying $500 for one oil change. I am also going to attach this review Zurich Insurance (issued the contract) and Ally finance. More

Joke or what? Shows 1 and 2 star rating for each category but says 4.2 out of 5?????? Even the rating site is a joke. My experience is limited. One car is listed at 23K however when you go to the dealer ship the price junks to 32k. Plus the APR on top of it. Can tell right there to stay away from this place. Had this been the only vehicles I would of thought typo but its not from Reed has done this on a few of them. Also if you hit the get a price quote, instead what you get are video replies and regular email trying to suck you in. You don't get a quote at all. More

I had my car towed to the dealership thinking it would be fixed rather quickly, boy was I wrong. Apparently they don't have any mechanics there that know how to repair cars other than oil changes, brakes, etc. Didn't receive my car back for 10 days. The repair only lasted for 24 days and my car wouldn't start again, so I had the car towed there again thinking that they would honor the previous receipt of repairs that were done, and then told me that it was a separate issue and would charge me again for repairs. They had to order the part they needed to replace, no timeframe again on when it would be fixed, no callback from service writer/adviser and was terrible and seem to not care how long I waited to get my car. I finally got my car back repaired and took them 3 weeks! THE WORST DEALERSHIP SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! If you have a hyundai vehicle that needs repairs, DO NOT TAKE IT TO REED HYUNDAI in Merriam, KS. & Don't be fooled by those 5 star ratings, those all appear to be faked. More
I went in to purchace a used car twice and both time their service was terrible. The first time we went in, we wanted to purchase the car, but wanted to go through our bank to get a loan. We were ready to put a holding fee on the car, which earlier in the day they said we could do, and they said they wouldn't let us do that. The second time, we had an appointment for over two days on a car. We ask them that morning if the car was still there and they said yes. We get there and they tell us someone else is ready to purchase the car which they did. They gave us no warning and just wanted us to come to the lot even though the car we came to look at was being sold. Both visits were a huge waste of time and they did not even apologize for it. More

I got a ton of excuses and a bunch of "run around stories" as to why it was taking so long to repair my car. The service writer/adviser was not very prompt in returning my calls to give me updated info. My entire experience with Reed was horrible. I would recommend that you get your car serviced elsewhere. I went to the dealership this evening with questions about the new technology on my new car. (Couldn't figure out much on my own! I'm so low tech!) A sales rep named Liam Walsh came out to my car with about the new technology on my new car. (Couldn't figure out much on my own! I'm so low tech!) A sales rep named Liam Walsh came out to my car with me and spent a good half hour explaining the features of my car. He was friendly and didn't get frustrated with my lack of tech knowledge. I didn't even buy my car at Reed Hyundai! It was a gift to me and was purchased in another city. -- Anyway, Liam was extremely helpful and I was very impressed. Thanks so much, Liam! More
