Dead Batttery This place is great for any kind of auto work. I got in my vehicle the other day and my battery was dead. Then i caught him and another person trying to SAND OFF the damaged paint!!! Really? $60,000 vehicle and he was trying to half xxx fix it. I stopped him and told him to fix it right. THEN he got really rude and said "I dont think we have any white and red paint that would cause this damage." Insinuating I was lying and ws trying to get a free fix. As long as Clint Cochran is employed there, you will never see me again More

I take the vehicle back there for all servicing and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I go to the service desk and am met immediately to get signed in. The lounge is very comfortable, clean, has refreshments/TV/plenty of seating. Service personnel kept me informed throughout the work, it took over an hour during one of their busiest days but time just flew. They rinsed off the car after servicing and I really appreciated them going that extra mile. Good place to buy and service vehicles! I tell all my friends and family to buy from Randy Reed! More
Low pressure car buying experience I met with Josh Zufelt to look at a used Camry on their lot. I already knew a lot about the car so I didn't have too many questions. They are non-commissioned salespeople so they aren't under pressure to sell a car. The car itself had one issue that I would have recommended they fixed before listing it for sale. One of the tires (front passenger) didn't match the other tires. It seemed a little weird that they wouldn't at least have the same tire, or if they couldn't find that tire, replace both front tires so they match. In the end I had other cars to look at and had some better choices but my experience there was very good. They offer free oil changes for life which would have been a nice bonus. They also add 206.50 to the sale price (dealer + title fee) so be aware of that. More
Terrible Service and Unprofessional The service consultant that I worked with was terrible. I can understand being new as he was, however when it took over 3 calls for him to get me a qu The service consultant that I worked with was terrible. I can understand being new as he was, however when it took over 3 calls for him to get me a quote on work that was being recommended that is outrageous. According to the prior service I had done in July on my vehicle, the REAR brakes needed replaced, understandable and I upon scheduling my service for this time I had selected that service and even agreed to the upcharge that they stated for the rotors to also be replaced on the REAR. However, after dropping off my vehicle I get a call from the service man who informs me that it is actually the FRONT brakes and rotors that are "completely gone" and need replaced, and that the REAR brakes and rotors have another 10,000 miles on them. I ask him how much it would be to have it all done, and he doesn't know, and will need to call me back. I receive a callback around a half hour later where he tells me the individual prices for every part, and that it will need "some labor too" which he had no idea how much it would be. I again reiterate that he should call me when he has all the information as it is incredibly rude to waste peoples time and not give them a complete quote. He calls back a third time about 5 minutes later with a quote of $582 or so. I went in for an oil change and REAR brake replacement per your recommendation which was uncharged to $250, which is understandable to replace the rotors and brakes on the REAR. Then after 3 phone calls from the very un-knowledgeable service consultant, I am given a quote for nearly $600 for the FRONT brakes and rotors not the REAR. This is completely unacceptable for any service station, especially Randy Reed. This new associate has given Randy Reed a terrible reputation, and I have been bringing my vehicle to Randy Reed since 2014, and will not be returning in the future. More

Another great experience. The shop was open early, 7am, for drop offs. The staff is friendly and genuinely make you feel they care. Again, they got me in and out the same day without an appointment. I have a 1-ton diesel truck and need glow plugs replaced. Dustin took care of me and worked with my extended warranty company with no problems. The waiting area is very nice and they offer free coffee and doughnuts in the morning. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. More
