They didn't even fix it and I still had to pay the $100 I would have had to pay if they had fixed it. Horrible people and horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to fix your car and probably never buy from here either! More

They assured us upon purchase they would fix it all. We live 1 hr away and had to drive up numerous times to deal with this. First time was to replace the dash and get tires balanced/aligned. I had an appointment and drove 1hr to drop truck off and they didn't have time to fix it. They were kind enough to send us home with a car for a few days. When we picked the truck up, they had broke another piece on the dash and the truck still vibrated. And they charged my husband $65 for the balance. After making another appointment to get the crack fixed, which we were told would take 45 minutes, we drove a other hour. The service guy was not friendly, and the appointment took 1 hr and 45 minutes. Needless to say I was not happy as it caused us to miss our other appointments if the day. All in all, buying from Randy Reed was quick and painless, but dealing with their service dept was a headache. The dash was fixed but the truck still pulls and vibrates bad when driving it and no explanation or offer of figuring it out from the service guy. Now I will have to go pay someone else to figure it out as I've made my last trip to the randy reed service department. More
