Came into this dealership to get an oil change, to have the advisor(Arseny) in the front sell me a generator/transmission service for my PHEV. I brought the car in for a maintenance appointment: oil change, fluids, tire pressure, etc. and was satisfied at first. After taking a closer look at the report it said the air filter was dirty and replace change, fluids, tire pressure, etc. and was satisfied at first. Now I have to make another appointment for something that could have been done the first time around. More
