Very knowledgeable, Great service, Pedro was very patient and helped me choose the best car possible. We went up late and they even bought my mother some pizza because she was hungry and they heard and deliv and helped me choose the best car possible. Sam was spectacular he is very knowledgeable and explains all forms and papers to the very detail that you understand and feel comfortable leaving the dealer happy. *Update* -- dealership called and informed me they would honor email and have appt to have work done today. Received email it's time for my Cilajet reapplication called to make appointment was told they honor email and have appt to have work done today. Received email it's time for my Cilajet reapplication called to make appointment was told they would not honor. Excuses given(new owners, email wrong, no record of purchase). Every single time I overpay for their under service is a reminder to NEVER buy from them again last time i called i inquired cost for 30k service told 600 even tho i get oil change, filters, and rotate tires every 5k.... here is email how did I misunderstand???
