I wanted to right a review about this dealership, go to a different one, there nice when they want to sell you the car but when there’s a problem with car they sell you, they give you the runaround and 5 mon different one, there nice when they want to sell you the car but when there’s a problem with car they sell you, they give you the runaround and 5 months later still waiting for them to fix it, please don’t buy from this dealership, the service department sucks. I thought the service presale with Paul Olding was horrendous and… even though I was told the car I purchased had been fully serviced …two months later, I brought it in to a local place to get servic horrendous and… even though I was told the car I purchased had been fully serviced …two months later, I brought it in to a local place to get serviced. There was a bulge in the tire hidden on the inside, needed alignment, all of the air filters were dirty, The fluids weren’t topped off and I needed pre-mature oil change. The GM Neiman Chalhoub has been completely non-responsive. Save yourself the frustration and stress and avoid this dealership. More

I purchased a Mazda CX30 in April. I was initially satisfied with the vehicle but after driving it for a week I noticed that the bumper had been rattled out of place and did not want t I was initially satisfied with the vehicle but after driving it for a week I noticed that the bumper had been rattled out of place and did not want to stay in place. Upon inspection it was clear that it was missing multiple clips to hold the bumper on though the CarFax said there were no accidents. I returned the car to have it repaired but I experienced the same problem again. Within a day or so. It does not even appear that additional clips were added to correct the problem. I’ve been very displeased about the whole process. Wish I’d never shopped at Redondo Beach Mitsubishi. More

Yulen helped me from my first phone call until I drove away. They were seriously interested in making me feel listened to and wade sure I was happy when I drove off Yulen called a couple of days later t away. They made the extra effort to get the car ready and present it to me in the best condition they could. It was worth the travel from Burbank to work with them. This was the best car buying experience that me and my husband ever had and we have had plenty. We were so impressed with every single one of the people that were a part of our car buying deal.
