This dealer will did not take responsibility for their action. Had my 2022 outlander serviced; oil change and tire rotation. My front tire had 2 lug nuts loose. They DO NOT TORQUE YOUR LUG NUTS TO SPECS. action. Had my 2022 outlander serviced; oil change and tire rotation. My front tire had 2 lug nuts loose. They DO NOT TORQUE YOUR LUG NUTS TO SPECS. I immediately felt my vehicle shaking after the rotation and found 2 lug nuts loose and they stated to not have been them, as they took it back to “inspect” if I saw them hitting them with an impact and now does not shake. HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS BE CAREFUL TO COME HERE More

Traded in my Q8 several Months ago and bought a used card from them, no haggle pricing as I accepted the terms they gave me. Several months later I received a notice from the DMV regarding my sold car not i from them, no haggle pricing as I accepted the terms they gave me. Several months later I received a notice from the DMV regarding my sold car not insured, or registered. I've called over 5 times and each time they tell mew they will sort it out and file the appropriate paper work. Just received another $800 bill from the DMV!! Not to mention they told me they were going to completely detail my new used car and only ran it thru a car wash and gave it to me still wet. NEVER AGAIN TRUSTING THESES GUYS More

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from this location. The sells men’s don’t know what they are doing and lie to you just to make a sale. The managers are rude and aren’t considerate of your time. Very pushy and humiliated me and my wife for not taking up there offer. The salesman didn’t have a clue on what he was talking about, he didn’t answer most of our questions. Their used cars have a lot of wear and tear. They like to bait and switch. They give you one price online and when you get there, give you another price with addons that legally they can’t add on to the cars. Take your business elsewhere people. The business won’t last long here in Redondo Beach. More
