Just got my oil changed. Andy helped me and he was very kind and super helpful. I’ve only had one problem with this dealership which was resolved. Customer service was a mess. Received information about other cars not mine. Unable to contact by phone to check status. Given incorrect cost. Received a call yesterday to come and pick up my car which I had picked up a week ago. I have been a customer for decades. I will not go back. More
Not happy at all with the service I received here. Dave the service writer I felt was very dismissive and condescending when I first spoke with him. He didn’t listen to me when I told him what was wrong w the service writer I felt was very dismissive and condescending when I first spoke with him. He didn’t listen to me when I told him what was wrong with my car only to call me the next day and tell me everything I already knew. Then once they started service he would never return my calls. I had asked him to check a few other items out, which I do not believe they ever did. He said he would take it for a longer test drive. However when I got the Jeep back there was less than a mile difference in the mileage. I had taken a photo so I know exactly what the mile was. Then after they supposedly fixed my car it stranded me again the day after I picked it up because they did not tighten up my battery terminals nor did they rehook the wiring to my alarm. When I called them their response was...."bummer.... tow it back in". I was 40 miles from their dealership. I figured out what was wrong myself while waiting for the tow company. When I called the next morning to speak to the manager I was sent to his voicemail. He never bothered to call me back and apologize for their bad service. I work in customer service and I fully understand how just a phone call can go a long way to smooth things out with unhappy customers apparently they just don’t care. More

I had an appointment at 10 am. I arrived on time and was shown where my Service Rep was stationed. Waited for a few minutes as they needed to finish up with a previous customer. Kalie got my Jeep Grand Che shown where my Service Rep was stationed. Waited for a few minutes as they needed to finish up with a previous customer. Kalie got my Jeep Grand Cherokee checked in. She offered me a few other service items and showed me what was going to be done. I was impressed with working through the Service app. I left my car for a few hours when she called and said it was ready. When I got to the dealership, I walked ti the cashier who pulled out my sales order. It was actually a little lower in price than the estimate. I paid and waited outside no more than 5 minutes when a technician brought it around. I must say the promptness and friendliness of staff really stood out. Thanks More
