I have had approximately 20 Recalls as of 6/15/21 on my 2012 Grand Cherokee. The last two recalls I tried to have repaired at Redlands Chrysler Jeep, I was told that the parts were available only to find, 2012 Grand Cherokee. The last two recalls I tried to have repaired at Redlands Chrysler Jeep, I was told that the parts were available only to find, after a 30 mile drive, they were not. Today was no exception and will be my last visit to this dealership-I even received a text message to make an appointment for this recall. This coupled by the fact that I cannot not put chains on the tires without damaging the front end (no explanation of why) and was not told of this when I bought the vehicle has cured me of ever buying another Jeep product and certainly will never return to this dealership. Happened again. In January 2022, I received a text to schedule an appointment to get my one remaining (hopefully) recall repaired. I left three voicemails over three days and never received a call back which has been my experience over the last five years. I finally responded directly to the text and got a reply that they DID NOT have the part but if I needed an oil change, they would make an appointment for me. Same old "Bait and Switch ". I asked why they sent the original text but of course, no one has had the decency to reply. I have even talked with Junior, the GM, about the poor service to no avail. I've had this particular recall for three(?) years and am beginning to wonder if it will ever get repaired. More
I’m so happy with the service I received! Alan is very good at what he does. He helped me out when my warranty servicer was giving me issues and he was able to get the major repairs done on my car because good at what he does. It’s good to know there are people like Alan who are willing to fight for their customers and who go the extra mile!!!Thanks to Alan and their whole staff. All of them were very friendly and I even got some tacos from a taco truck that they had for their employees. One of their workers just walked up to me and asked if I was hungry. This is really what customer service is all about. Some advice to future customers. Be patient and let them do their job. It will be rewarding in the end. More
Nathan in service was helpful and the diesel mechanic answered my questions (through the service Dept) I spoke with Edgar in sales while waiting and he is knowledgeable about the cars and nice. Sales people at the dealership are the nicest people in the building. Service counter makes it seem like we are bothering them every time we come in. I took my new 2021 Pacifica in for service. They did not perform all of the software updates that were indicated. They did take care of the recall repair. I was told that they inspected the car, but the n perform all of the software updates that were indicated. They did take care of the recall repair. I was told that they inspected the car, but the next day the “oil light” message went on. The oil life was zero. The service representative “Fred” was wearing a black t-shirt with the U.S. Flag on it with the saying “I don’t kneel”. It made me very uncomfortable being in that place of business as a person of color. I’m not sure if the incomplete service on my car was because of the color of my skin or not. Regardless, I made another service appointment for my car at Moss Chrysler in San Bernardino. I would rather drive to a dealer further away from my home than Redlands Chrysler which is 5 minutes from my house. It’s unfortunate, because I actually was interested in the Dodge Charger in the showroom to replace my other car in 2022, but I won’t go back to this place. More

Just got my oil changed. Andy helped me and he was very kind and super helpful. I’ve only had one problem with this dealership which was resolved.
