Worst place to get you car serviced. Waited almost 9 month for supposedly delayed pets, even though Andy states once that parts were not ordered. Then I waited 10 hours for my car at the dealership. Even though Chris the tech states that he got the car at 11 am. I went in at 7 am and left at 4:54 pm. They promised me a car was and an oil change, and I got nothing, just the warranties parts. I don’t recommend you bring your cars here More
First the good, the waiting area is clean and nicely appointed. Now for the reason for 1 star. I had a 10:00am service appointment for an oil change. The service writer (Alvaro) told me they were a litt appointed. Now for the reason for 1 star. I had a 10:00am service appointment for an oil change. The service writer (Alvaro) told me they were a little behind on oil changes. I decided to leave the vehicle instead of wait. Remember. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:00am. I recieved no update and decided to contact them at 2:30pm. I was told that a tech was working on my vehicle. I contacted again at 3:30pm and then recieved a call from service advisor (Alvaro) that the tech wasn't actually working on my vehicle at 2:30pm but that they were working on it now. So I gave an hour and went to go pick up my vehicle at 4:30pm. The vehicle was still not complete and was sitting in a bay. They rushed to finish the job, gave me no paperwork about the multipoint inspection, and left the engine cover splattered with oil. I finally got the vehicle at 5:00pm, 7 hours after leaving it for an oil change. This is ridiculous. Stellantis needs to get control of its dealerships. This is not the first 1 star experience I have had with this service department, and unfortunately they are the only one near me. I have two vehicles serviced here and was considering buying another Jeep. However, this service department is making me consider other options because I do not want to deal with their poor performance. More
Just bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler Sport from Redlands Dodge! Antonio was kind and helpful every step of the way and being a Wrangler owner himself was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Dodge! Antonio was kind and helpful every step of the way and being a Wrangler owner himself was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Him and the staff were also bilingual and welcoming to my Spanish speaking parents. Perfect experience, highly recommend! More
Extremely expensive. The service department is slow and appointments take days. On two occasions the service department was not only expensive but overcharged the origina The service department is slow and appointments take days. On two occasions the service department was not only expensive but overcharged the original estimate by hundreds of dollars. After charging almost a thousand dollars for a service and replacing a hose, they didn’t even wash my truck. I got it back completely dirty. I would avoid them. I will not recommend them for maintenance. Support a local mechanic that charges reasonable rates. More
