Lack of communication, it took several days to get a call back to let me know what was going on, reason I was giving that it took so long was that they were swamped. This dealership scratched and gouged my new rims that they put on my new Challenger...It was a due bill swap from my trade in. I had bought the rims months before I traded the car. Very disappointed! They bull S me for 2 months before finally getting replacement rims. Luckly I had taken pics of my trade in at the dealership! THEN...The finance guy that we delt with and asked TWICE did you assign my Personal plates to the new car? Y E S he said...W E L L he didn't! I got my new registration and it was wrong..I then went to DMV to take care of it correctly! My time and $$ to fix there screw up! W A I T it gets better! T H E N...T H E N...I get the pink slip in my name for the vehicle I traded in... GO FIGURE! More
They lied about my maintenance plan bait and switch. Mixed up vins on paperwork and are very incompetent top to bottom. Worst place to get you car serviced. Waited almost 9 month for supposedly delayed pets, even though Andy states once that parts were not ordered. Then I waited 10 hours for my car at the dealership. Even though Chris the tech states that he got the car at 11 am. I went in at 7 am and left at 4:54 pm. They promised me a car was and an oil change, and I got nothing, just the warranties parts. I don’t recommend you bring your cars here More
First the good, the waiting area is clean and nicely appointed. Now for the reason for 1 star. I had a 10:00am service appointment for an oil change. The service writer (Alvaro) told me they were a litt appointed. Now for the reason for 1 star. I had a 10:00am service appointment for an oil change. The service writer (Alvaro) told me they were a little behind on oil changes. I decided to leave the vehicle instead of wait. Remember. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:00am. I recieved no update and decided to contact them at 2:30pm. I was told that a tech was working on my vehicle. I contacted again at 3:30pm and then recieved a call from service advisor (Alvaro) that the tech wasn't actually working on my vehicle at 2:30pm but that they were working on it now. So I gave an hour and went to go pick up my vehicle at 4:30pm. The vehicle was still not complete and was sitting in a bay. They rushed to finish the job, gave me no paperwork about the multipoint inspection, and left the engine cover splattered with oil. I finally got the vehicle at 5:00pm, 7 hours after leaving it for an oil change. This is ridiculous. Stellantis needs to get control of its dealerships. This is not the first 1 star experience I have had with this service department, and unfortunately they are the only one near me. I have two vehicles serviced here and was considering buying another Jeep. However, this service department is making me consider other options because I do not want to deal with their poor performance. More
