I brought my jeep in to get some recalls done, the service advisor knew this...plus I ask for other work to be done it wasn't done...they didn't do my oil change like I asked....plus I ask for a pric service advisor knew this...plus I ask for other work to be done it wasn't done...they didn't do my oil change like I asked....plus I ask for a price to repair the clicking noise behind my glove box....the service advisor told me he would email me the price to repair it.....Never emailed me...or didn't text me....there was No call to let me know that my jeep was finished and ready to go...I had to call to see what was happening, the operator switched me to my service advisor who didn't pick up, so I let a message..then in 5 minutes I called back and I didn't ask for my service advisor and just asked for service and they told me my jeep was ready, I ask the guy on the phone was the oil change was done and he said No...but if I wanted it done it would take 3 hours....I told him don't do it I will be right down to pickup my jeep....I get there I seen my service advisor doing absolutely nothing.....that is very poor customer service.....I cme to this dealership to see how the service was, because I was going to buy 2 Gladiators...one for my wife and one for myself.....why...because my brother bought one from this dealership and he was very happy with his purchase of his Gladiator... The service advisor was not professional at all. I may not been spending a lot of money through the service department, but I was in the new car area....my bank and cash was all ready to go.....but with the very poor service I received I just couldn't do it.....one last thing, when I was directed to go to the cashier, I explained it again why my jeep was in for service, because of the Recalls I couldn't get my new tags....myself I had no idea what paperwork I needed to take to the DMV...again the cashier knew why I was there and she didn't get give me the right paperwork to take to the DMV so after going to the DMV and waiting in line, I didn't have the correct paperwork...I thought you got to be kidding me,..so I had to go back to the dealership to get the right paperwork.....then back to the DMV to get them the correct paperwork so I could get my new tags....yeal after waiting in line outside, I am next and the computers go down....so...a bad service advisor and a cashier who didn't know her job, cost me time I can't get back....so am I happy with the Redlands Chrysler Dealership absolutely Not.... More
Lack of communication, it took several days to get a call back to let me know what was going on, reason I was giving that it took so long was that they were swamped. I was told after diagnosis they found it was a bad battery and it was replaced and it was then verified that the stop start warning light issue have been fixed. It hadn’t several days The stop start unavailable light popped back on. I called to let them know Several times but have not received a call back More
This dealership scratched and gouged my new rims that they put on my new Challenger...It was a due bill swap from my trade in. I had bought the rims months before I traded the car. Very disappointed! They bull S me for 2 months before finally getting replacement rims. Luckly I had taken pics of my trade in at the dealership! THEN...The finance guy that we delt with and asked TWICE did you assign my Personal plates to the new car? Y E S he said...W E L L he didn't! I got my new registration and it was wrong..I then went to DMV to take care of it correctly! My time and $$ to fix there screw up! W A I T it gets better! T H E N...T H E N...I get the pink slip in my name for the vehicle I traded in... GO FIGURE! More
They lied about my maintenance plan bait and switch. Mixed up vins on paperwork and are very incompetent top to bottom.
