I'm only leaving a single star because you can't leave a comment without a minimum one-star rating. I went to Redlands CDJR to buy a replacement key fob and have it cut and programmed (approx $315). I bough comment without a minimum one-star rating. I went to Redlands CDJR to buy a replacement key fob and have it cut and programmed (approx $315). I bought the key with no problems. The cutting and programming of the key was a different story. The key was programmed correctly, but the keyless entry features didn't work. They wanted to charge me $186 to diagnose the problem but after talking to the lead service advisor he agreed to waive the diagnostic fee to figure out what was wrong. I left the vehicle at the dealership and checked in a few hours later. I was informed that the keyless entry still wasn't working and they believed that it was because I had replaced the factory radio. I called several stereo installers and a few other dodge dealerships in the area for a second opinion. All agreed that the stereo had nothing to do with the keyless entry system. The next morning after getting a call from the dealership I went to pick up my car. I was told that the problem hadn't been fixed and the missing radio was the problem. I let the lead service advisor know that I had called around and what I had been told. He said that the missing stereo was the cause and short of reinstalling a factory radio there was nothing he could do. I left the dealership and immediately went to the closest auto parts store to test the keyless entry transmitter. Sure enough, the battery was dead and it wasn't working. I bought a new battery and replaced it, the issue was solved. Keyless entry now works perfectly. I don't know if this was a money grab by the dealership trying to get me to pay for useless services and or parts, or a display of the utter lack of intelligence on the parts of both the lead service advisor and the service technicians doing the work. I'll let you decide. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Redlands CDJR and will happily tell anyone willing to listen to do the same thing. Update 10/14/22: Went back to the dealership and spoke with the service manager directly and described my experience. He immediately apologized for my inconvenience and refunded everything I had paid, and even paid for the replacement batteries for the remote. More

I had been a loyal customer of Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership since purchasing my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited from that dealership. However, the quality of customer service from bot Jeep Ram dealership since purchasing my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited from that dealership. However, the quality of customer service from both the service department and the staff answering customers’ calls has recently greatly declined. I most recently brought my Jeep to this dealer for a warranty repair. At the time of drop-off, I was informed by the service advisor that it would be inspected and potentially repaired within a “few days”. In following up with the service advisor, the date for inspection was continuously pushed out by a day with the excuse that their service department was busy. This shell game of continuously pushing the service out by a day continued for several days. Finally, I had to contact the General Manager (Junior Beaurone), to get a real answer for the delays. Upon speaking with him, I learned that the service representative had failed to inform me that the part needed for the repair was not scheduled to arrive for over one week. To his credit, the GM paid to have the part delivered the next day. However, the games began once again with the service staff’s continuation of day-after-day delays for having the part installed. Now 9 days later, my Jeep has still not been serviced. In summary, the service advisor misled me on the service time needed for both the part and installation. Rather than keeping me updated, I had to pursue him and/or escalate to his management team to get an answer. In closing, AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. More

Very disappointed with this dealership. Had recall item fixed plus normal oil change/tire rotation. Told car would be done same day, when no one called towards end of day I had to call dealer. Rep who wrote up paper worker had no clue about my vehicle and does not remember ever writing up the vehicle. Next morning I called dealer and was told the car is ready, they were going to wash it right then. An hour later when my husband went to pick it up, cashier had no knowledge of vehicle. Once found they said car would be brought right up. After 10 minutes waiting outside with employees continually walking by my husband, he notice our vehicle sitting in a parking spot dirty. He walked up to service rep and asked for our keys (explained to rep our car is sitting there not washed.). Rep then calls the porter asking when he will be done washing the car in which my husband had to repeat it is not being washed, has not been washed, just give me my keys. At this point it has been over 30 minutes trying to pick up a car which we were told is done. Check sheet referred to in our receipt detailing checklist completed during oil change/inspection not included. It makes me wonder if the work was even performed! More
