If you need or want a new or used car or JEEP, sometimes you need to drive a little to save a lot. I am sure some poeple would just make the drive to Redlands Jeep to have the warm and freindly professional you need to drive a little to save a lot. I am sure some poeple would just make the drive to Redlands Jeep to have the warm and freindly professional service one should receive when making such a big purchase. In most cases we get better customer service at the store than at a Dealership, Unless you shop at REDLANDS JEEP! I drove 50 miles and and saved. I also got the upgrades my local dealer would not through in the deal. I have made the trip again and agin for my upgrades, (running boards), and a free oil change and service. I even met with Mr. Loren Campbell the Vice President/ General Manager. Loren made time to meet with me and discuss in detail how to go about "Lifting" my 2012 JEEP Wrangler Unlimited. He has and drives a Jeep. His Jeep is VERY Tricked OUT,Lifted etc. So, he knows what you need to upgrade yours. Be sure to try and get your Lift and upgrades put into the deal while you are buying your Jeep, you will not be sorry. It will look great! Elias was my salesman. Talk about a no pressure deal. No hassal deal.I still remember when I was first there. He had already washed and had the Jeep ready for my test drive and purchase. But, I didn't like the color it was too dark from the picture on the internet. The white was too bright. Just when I was thinking about picking one I could live with, Elias said, "lets get you the one you want". I am sure glad I did. He found the color with all the options I wanted and had it there in two days. Joy in finance has years of expertice. Again, a peaceful path through the dealership at Redlands. I was most impressed. Larry in service was, and is always pleasant to work with. I have had three BMW's, two Porsche's, and three Mercedes. I have Only had this level of professional service at one BMW dealership, and one Porsche dealership. If you are looking for another car, or JEEP, you should treat yourself to the service you deserve when making such a large purchase. I am sure you will be pleased with how you are treated at Redlands Jeep. Oh, and if you must bring the kids and must go on the weekend, there will be music and a BBQ. Hotdogs and burgers for all. So, take the family out for a nice free lunch and go on a Test drive. No one else will treat you special and feed you like Redlands Jeep. Enjoy your new car or Jeep, I am. More

The bottom line is that they worked hard to earn our business and we ultimately gave it to them. Alex is the internet sales manager. Contact him. He will bust his tail to get you a deal. But, folks - it's a business, they have to make money too. We bought the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The one we wanted literally did not exist, so Alex ordered us the vehicle and it came exactly as we wanted ahead of schedule. We couldn't be more happy. Great Job Guys. More

When I didn't buy, I was treated rudely and harrassed on the phone. Elias, my salesman from Redlands, never did that...just told me he would be there to help when I was ready, and that was that! I didnt forget that. I kept a regular eye on their website, interested in their ads, etc...until I saw my dream car right on the front page. I called Eli, went down and drove it..and bought it on the spot. NO hassle. Easist car-deal I have ever made. Loren, the finance manager, was a delight...explained everything about the contracts, was friendly, pleasant, not like the usual "tough-guys" that close deals at auto dealerships. I would send my BEST FRIEND to shop here. More

I own a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. We love our van and love the service we have received when we have taken our car in for repair work. The service staff is very friendly and professional. The last time we had our van in for service they found some problems which they took care of in a timely manner. We were going out of town and needed our van for the trip. They finished the job sooner than expected and got us on the road. We were quite pleased with Jamo and all of the service personnel. The waiting room is large, and comfortable. The sales personnel are also great at Redlands Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep on Redlands Blvd. More

Always receive good service. Truck is always in tip top running shape. I have never been left stuck on the side of the road with this truck. In February I wrote a letter about trouble I was having In February I wrote a letter about trouble I was having with my 2007 Jeep Wrangler that I purchased from Moss Brothers Jeep in Riverside Calif In February I wrote a letter about trouble I was having with my 2007 Jeep Wrangler that I purchased from Moss Brothers Jeep in Riverside California. I asked Chrysler to help me with a bad Rod Bearing and potential replacement of the motor. I had only had this Jeep three months and was very disappointed with Moss Brothers and the lack of customer service and disregard for customers. I called Chrysler Customer Care and was given a case number. That very afternoon I was contacted by a case manager from Jeep named Ashton. He suggested I take the Jeep to another dealer to have them diagnose it and then we would decide what action would need to be taken. A friend that is a mechanic suggested I take it to Redlands Jeep, so that is where I had it towed. I can’t say enough about the way I was treated from the moment I stepped into the service department. My service consultant Steve “Jamo” Jamison went above and beyond what would be expected from any Service Consultant. He called me daily with questions and updates. After he compiled the information needed he turned it over to Mike Hale the Operations Manager for Redlands Auto Plaza. Mike is another person who went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He along with Sheri Whiteside the District Operations Manager from Chrysler agreed to replace the small block of the motor with minimal charge to me. While all this was going on I received daily calls from Ashton from Customer Care. Originally I felt bad about taking another dealers problem to Redlands Jeep, but Jamo and Mike made me feel like a part of their family. As I said before I can’t say enough about these two individuals. They took a huge weight off my shoulders, restored my confidence in Chrysler Motors and gained a repeat customer for Redlands Auto Plaza. I really want to thank you all for taking a huge problem and a very unsatisfied customer that did not originate from your location and made everything right. This speaks well of the kind of Dealership you run. More
