Bought a 2012 dodge caravan, and was promised that they would install a dvd player. I get a call a week and a half later and am told the van would be incompatable with any dvd player thwy would have. They then said theu would cut us a check for how much the dvd player would cost. We have yet to recieve the check. We were also told that our trade in would be paid for in 10 days. 3 weeks later the loan on our trade in has yet to arrive. I called financing and they said the check has been mailed on the 12th and should be paid off. Navy federal says they have not recieved any payment. Now when I call there is no answer in the finance department. I have left messages and those calls have not been returned. They are quick to make a sale, but never help after the fact. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! More
I wanted to check out the dodge challenger, myself and my wife went Redlands Dodge on a sunday mid morning. Immediately we were approached by Mark, he asked a few questions and took us to the car I ultimately bought. we went on a test drive, he asked if I wanted to try another model or another car. (no I was good.) We went through the initial paperwork process, Mark got us some burgers and cokes (that were good) we came up with a deal, after all the incentives and I drove the car home. (in less than 3 hours.........) WOW!!! The last car I purchased took over 8 hrs. Mark followed me to my house where I gave him the down payment, and we were good. Since the deal I have had numerous calls from the dealership assuring my full satisfaction. I love that place, and I am totally thrilled with my new car. More
WE CALLED ALL OVER SOUTHERN CAL LOOKING FOR THE 10TH ANNIVARSAY RUBICON SO WE COULD SEE IT. SEVERAL DEALERS SAID TO COME DOWN THAT THEY HAD ONE . WHEN WE TALKED TO REDLANDS THEY TOLD US THERE WAS ONLY O ANNIVARSAY RUBICON SO WE COULD SEE IT. SEVERAL DEALERS SAID TO COME DOWN THAT THEY HAD ONE . WHEN WE TALKED TO REDLANDS THEY TOLD US THERE WAS ONLY ONE IN US AND THAT WE COULDN'T LOOK AT ONE. THEY WERE VERY TRUTHFUL ABOUT IT SO WE WENT TO THEM . IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH THEM THRUOUT THE ORDERING PROCESS. THEY KEPT US INFORMED AND CALLED WHEN IT ARRIVED . WE WENT DOWN TO PICK UP THE JEEP AND WERE OUT IN ABOUT ONE HOUR. Luis is a cocky and arrogant sales man looking to make a buck making assumptions with out having facts! He made a statement that my Mazda that I purchased from them in 2011 (I was satified with that purchas buck making assumptions with out having facts! He made a statement that my Mazda that I purchased from them in 2011 (I was satified with that purchase but I did not deal with this guy) was going to be repoed at anytime because it was on my BK credit report tey ran. Beings it was Saturday and no one open to find out the facts he then gave me a scary picture stating that " any day now you could walk out from work thinking that your Mazda got stolen and all the time they repoed it" I said no way I'm still making payments and Reaffirmed my loan when filing my BK to plan to keep it. He says " They will still take your money but come get your car and you need transportation." I broke down into tears because I DID NOT GO THERE TO BUY A CAR. I was test driving while I was waiting for my Mazda in the service department. And the service dept by the way screwed up my auto start on my Mazda (what ever they did it ended up draining my battery 2 days in a row until I took it to the shop where I got I installed to have it re programed. They said the dealership must have messed with it somehow. I tried to return the Jeep humbly to the dealership the very next day (Luis stood in the sales lot yelling at me as if we were friends arguing over something (I am a customer!!!! We are always right!!!). I simply couldn't beleieve how he was talking to me, smoking his cigerette the whole time.)They keeped telling me to come in in 2 days when the manager is here. (I know time was of the essence) The manager (Jamo)ended up calling me on Tuesday saying that I signed a contract and they will not take the vehicle back. I said of course you would say that. You got my money and you don't care about who you take it from. I don't expect a dealership to be honest with me. They are like sharks in the ocean. Waiting for a vulnerable kill. They devoured me and screwed me over. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM EVER!!!!! More

When I called to set up a recall appointment I spoke with Jamo. He was friendly and very accommodating to my scheduling needs. I called back to ask additional questions and was equally pleased to speak wit Jamo. He was friendly and very accommodating to my scheduling needs. When I arrived to have the service preformed I met Jamo, who was again unlike previous dealerships and repair centers I have encountered. He was pleasant, friendly, and courteous. I did an online price quote late in the evening on a Tuesday night. Within 30 minutes I received back information in an email and a few minutes later Alex Delgato called me as well. I hold him what I was looking for the Mazda2 for a commuter car. I had 3 requiredment. 1. an automatic, 2. it has air conditioning. 3. the price of my payment, monthly insurance cost, and monthly fuel cost were the same as or less then what I was currently paying a month driving my truck, which is $400.00 a month. I have 3 other vehicle at my home for my husband and myself, but all are trucks. My personal truck is a fully load deluxe model2005 Nissan Titan LX with every option available at the time of purchased. So this car just needed to be a basic model to get me back and forth from work,I needed nor wanted any of the extras. Alex and I made an appointment to meet at the dealership the next afternoon when I got off work. When I arrived and meet Alex he took me directly to the cars I wanted to see. When I stopped to admire a few of the other cars he answered my questions but never tried to do a hard sell to try and get me to upgrade to anything. I loved that I knew what I was looking for since this is the 5th car I have purchased and was just admiring the others on the way to see what I was intrested in purchasing. We looked at the car for a few minutes he answered my few question. I told Alex I don't want to play numbers, tell me up front the best you can do make me want to drive it off the lot. We went to the office he showed me the invoice, took $500.00 off that, told me what approximately what my payments would be. I like the deal and told him OK let's do it. Since I was in the market and had been looking that other dealerships, I had everything I needed on me. I handed Alex my Drivers lisence, Business card, and insurance card, Gave my SSI number and answered a few more question, income, referance, etc. Within a few minutes the deal was written up. Alex said he was taking to information to the finanace deptartment. I told Alex I would call my insurance company (AutoClub) and have the car placed on my insurance and have the proof of insurance faxed over for the loan packet. While I was still on the phone with the AutoClub giving them the VIN, make and model,etc. Jason the finanace manager was standing by me to take me to sign the final papers. Alex when to get my new car prepped for me. Jason made all the normal offered of extended warrenty and gap insurance, etc. that was expected but after I said NO thank you, he did not in any way try to talk me into it or strong arm me like I like to call it. (I loved that). The whole deal was signed sealed and ready for delivery in less then 30 minutes. We had to wait for it to be finished being washed and then fueled up, during that approximately 15 or 20 minutes. during that time Alex and I went over the handouts, service guides, warrenty book, he gave me his, his managers, and the service department buiness cards. Then he made arraingement to get someone to follow him, since I drove over I needed my new car taken to my home for me. Alex drove it to my home and had and fellow employee follow us to take him back. I has so impressed I cant tell you and would reccommend Redlands Mazda to everyone. From the moment I walked on the dealership at 3:00 pm to the time we pulled into my driveway with my 2 vehicles it was an hour and 20 minutes. This was the fastest I have ever purchased a vehicle, there was no hours of sitting around and waiting. More
