Read this everyone!! GOOD SERVICE TIL PROBLEM W CAR loved this place and the service i got UNTIL my BRAND NEW 2014 JEEP COMPASS broke down on me four different times because of the transmission over hea loved this place and the service i got UNTIL my BRAND NEW 2014 JEEP COMPASS broke down on me four different times because of the transmission over heating AFTER 2 HOURS of driving. it has seen the dealership now 4 times and they have no idea how to fix this problem because they have to see it happen? xxx? say that to the next time we drive it and we are put into a dangerous situation,. the first time i had it overheat i had major surgery and was stuck on the side of the freeway 7 days after buying this car 3 days after the operation. we had to get towed into vegas and stranded there for 3 days with no car. Thanks jeep! and with no help at all. no rental, no free towing. nothing. we were so patient they actually complimented us. now that it happened three times in one trip im fed up. My xxxxty mazda could make it two hours and this car cant. after calling the big dogs chrysler...they didnt do anything. no one contacted me with any info other then the info i had already. my service department then contacted chrysler after they couldnt duplicate the problem and told them they lowered our trans fluid and the problem is fixed. the problem is fixed when i can make a four hour drive? okay? needless to say im either going to go over heat it on purpose or trading in the car. this problem is attached to our vin number so this problem will come with warning I HOPE! this is a nice mom car and i can see a dangerous situation. i feel as if they put a "band aid" on our issue or just slapped something on paper so they can move on. DO NOT BUY A JEEP COMPASS 2014. just in case this is a problem that keeps happening. also if the trans fluid was over the limit...for over a year...why didnt the techs catch this before? are they really working on these cars? do they even check fluids at all? or just check the box because they assume a 2014 brand new car would be up to par. I was fine with this dealership and service until i had too many communication errors and different information. Im not impressed anymore. hope they dont screw us too much on a trade in. but im sure they will!!!! More

looked in Palm Springs first, then drove to Redlands Looking for a Mazda 3 first. Looked in Palm Springs. They didn't have the color in or out that I wanted. Also for other desert rats the infotainment system located on the dash was overheating and malfunctioning (I don't recommend this car for the desert heat). So we tried the Mazda 6 and loved it. Again not the color in or out available. We left PS and drove to Redlands. We were prepared to drive all over Southern California for find the car and deal we wanted. Redlands didn't have one on the floor so they searched there data base and found it. Love the color and the car, ZOOM, ZOOM!!! After a couple of boxing rounds (par for the course), and a few laughs we got the deal we wanted and drove away happy with our new 2015 Mazda6 I Touring. More

I was able to conduct the purchase on-line for the most part and came in to sign paperwork, trade in my other car and take delivery of my new Rubicon inside of 1.5-2 hours time. Everyone I met was lovely to me. This experience overwhelming exceeded my expectations! I would not hesitate to recommend "Big T" Internet manager and Redlands Jeep to another buyer. Thank you so much to anyone who worked on making this purchase happen for me! I LOVE my new Rubicon! More

I’ve had my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited about a week now and I love it. It is really a great vehicle. Not so for the dealership, Tom Bell’s Redlands Auto Plaza. I have been buying new cars for o week now and I love it. It is really a great vehicle. Not so for the dealership, Tom Bell’s Redlands Auto Plaza. I have been buying new cars for over 40 years and Tom Bell’s Redlands Auto Plaza is the most dishonest and untrustworthy dealership I have ever deal with. The cost that was negotiated was not the same on the contract and there were hidden costs within the contract that they tried to brush over when I was signing. Then, once I signed the contract and paid my money, They told me I would have the vehicle the next morning, but they were days late on delivering the vehicle. Their attitude about the delay in delivery was “too bad, too sad, that’s the way it goes”. Tom Bell’s Redlands Auto Plaza gives the Jeep Brand a bad name, as it does to all of the makes of vehicles it sells. More

When I told Jordan in Finance that I was not going to buy any extras, he got me through the buying process quickly and efficiently. Days after the purchase I got an email and two phone calls to check on my experience and ask if they could do anything else to serve my needs. They know nothing about the cars they sell, and if they do they're just a bunch of liars with no respect for the customer. Save yourself a headache, deal with another dealership.
