service department I bought my jeep July of last year, Fidel arranged for me to come in and test drive the Renegade I was interested in, when I got there Symone took ove I bought my jeep July of last year, Fidel arranged for me to come in and test drive the Renegade I was interested in, when I got there Symone took over from there. They were both awesome, I want it to be known this review is not about them. This is about the service department. Within 6 months of purchasing this car the engine light started to turn on and off and then eventually just stayed on, the car started jerking when I put it in gear, buttons on radio started sticking and I was unable to use them, as well the latch on the back got stuck so I was unable to shut my back door until I forced it closed. I took it in to the service department where the service clerk took all of my info down and then casually asked me if I had a ride home because they would need to keep my vehicle for a few days. I asked him if they provided any loaner vehicle or would help with a rental, cause ummm I cant be with out a vehicle and he casually just said "no, that he could not provide me with that" so I walked away because I cant be with out a car and I Do not have any other way to get to work and school. I later talked to the manager Chris who was able to resolve my problem and he offered to pay for the rental while they kept it for two days. (thanks Chris) they told me that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car and to pick it up. As soon as I got home the engine light turned back on. The car to this day still jerks. I do not have time or money to be going back and forth, and now it appears 1 of my roters are going out already. This car was the worse mistake of my life and I have never had so many problems with any of the other dealers I have purchased from. Not sure how they expect you to turn your car over to them and let you be with out a vehicle. I pay my car payment monthly for a reason, I do not pay it to be left with out a vehicle and/ or spend more on a rental especially when I was possibly sold a defective vehicle from this dealer. More

Let the games begin I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Redlands Chrysler Jeep Ram for the amazing game they play. Without them, I Never would have found Ontario I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Redlands Chrysler Jeep Ram for the amazing game they play. Without them, I Never would have found Ontario Jeep 20 minutes down the freeway. So let me give you the quick version of the type of games they play at Redlands Jeep so that this review doesn't take too long... First off, enjoyed my experience with Adrian the salesperson. Showed me the vehicles I was interested in and let me test drive a few. He went back and forth with whoever sits behind the desk and we came to an agreement on the price. The financing they offered wasn't what I liked so I decided to leave and call up my credit union the next day to get a loan from them. Fast forward 2 days, I return to this dealership with my pre approved loan in hand for the price of the new Jeep. That's when I get to meet the wonderful "Sales Manager." Let the games begin... Lol. Walking in there that night, I expected this to be a quick and easy process, but I wasn't lucky this time. I have bought 3 new cars from this dealership, 2 of them in 2017, which is why I came back. But no more Redlands Chrysler Jeep Ram... all of a sudden the price jumps an extra $1000 and they claim to have talked to my credit union that I am approved for a loan with and states the interest rate is now 1% higher also. They tell me that the new price is what was agreed upon 2 days prior with me, claiming the price I wanted was crossed out on their little paper. And why would all of a sudden my rate go up if I already have my loan through my credit union? Come on guys, why do you try and con customers like this? I know it all comes down to making money, so I am not too mad. That's why I gave you 1 star. I hope you appreciate that star. I also hope other potential customers that read this get to see what kind of fun games to be prepared for when they enter your establishment. So I leave this place and they come jogging out to stop me. I am irritated at that point and drive off. Head over to Ontario Jeep that same night and drive away in a new 2018 Wrangler JL within 2 hours. They gave me the price I was supposed to get in Redlands and the exact interest rate on my approval from the credit union. Its so much easier when you don't have to play games. Sad thing is, the sales manager text me 2 days after this saying he would love to earn my business back. No sir, you cant. I will take my future sales and service needs back to Ontario. I wish you the best in the future Redlands Chrysler Jeep Ram with all your shady schemes. Have a wonderful 2018. More

I went to Moreno Valley first because I am closer to that area and they were unorganized, had me waiting for 1.5 hours and then finally when I asked what was going on, A very rude sales rep informed me that all of the service techs were on lunch. When I first showed up they told me they would get my car in as soon as they were done with the previous car he told me it would be about a 35 Min wait from then ( I did not have an appointment) he also said in a rude way that if I didn’t have an appointment it’s going to be a longer wait as they only have one oil technician. (Oil change only) I recalled my last visit to Redlands moss bros how they got me in quickly and were much more organized and customer service friendly I told that representative that I would be leaving and going to redlands. Of course I pull in to the redlands dealer and right away I am assisted, no people scrambling around everyone knows their role as a customer service representative. Moreno Valley Dealer should really look into the work flow of Redlands. More
