Lube service and check brakes I was WAY overdue for a lube on my 2006 Town and Country. I drive as little as possible these days due to age. So I took my car for service. This was the worst experience EVER!! We will NEVER make another purchase here the reason is their complete lack of customer service or courtesy for their valued customer or at least we TH We will NEVER make another purchase here the reason is their complete lack of customer service or courtesy for their valued customer or at least we THOUGHT we were valued as a customer... made a used car purchase from here and before the finance company even sent the check the car breaks down WOW but hey NO WORRIES right it IS used things happen WRONG! the dealership stated no warranty would be honored because it technically didn't exist yet because it is processed with payment in full.....???? So the dealership in no way honored their side of the contract via the warranties that were put in place for this sale their finance specialist stated to us it was an "old" sale (16 day's at this point) so the computer is unable to access/complete/or open warranties so it may be approved for repair until a payment has been made ( there are NO PAYMENTS DUE at this point) but i could indeed pay for it on my own and the dealership would consider a partial reimbursement The check their waiting for is coming from OUR own financial institution we immediately opted to finance with them for a 4% rate instead of their 10% so ABSOLUTELY NO PAYMENTS ARE DUE at this point A BRAND NEW PURCHASE!!! We had the car for almost 3 weeks the service center has had it for almost a month at this point the repairs were completed 2 weeks ago car was paid in FULL a week ago and STILL NO WARRANTY IS BEING HONORED TO COVER THE COST OF REPAIRS i truly wish i could attach recordings of the finance specialist voice mails to us in reference to "payment" of the car so EVERYONE could get a clear picture of their LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE for their customer and there are ZERO phone calls to just touch base or other since their FULL payment has been received oh but they talked a GREAT story the day we walked in with the check even prior to that their used car sale manager said we"ll push this through immediately even if we have to cover the cost and get reimbursed THE JOKE'S ON US they STILL haven't taken care of it the car is PAID IN FULL and is STILL in the repair shop and it's been a week NO ONE returns my call nor do i get a call from anyone except the man at the service center where the car has BEEN ..THIS IS OUR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and we still don't have an solution in sight on how else to FORCE THEM TO HONOR THE CONTRACT'S WARRANTY/EXTENDED WARRANTY OR PORTFOLIO More
