Service made easy. I have had credit problems due covid and a recent family tragedy, we lost my sons father. Moe, Alex and so many others were there to help us and make us comfortable. When we got the car and a recent family tragedy, we lost my sons father. Moe, Alex and so many others were there to help us and make us comfortable. When we got the car home, it has some bad shaking in the front end when you applied the brakes. We took it in to see if we could do anything about it knowing well that my warranty didnt cover brakes or rotors. Alex kindly greeted us and took the car to be serviced. When the repair was done we asked what we were looking at as far as the price went. I was so suprised to hear that they had cover not even half but THE WHOLE BILL, and even took the time to fix a couple power module recalls and give the car a whole bath! Thank you to everyone at dodge for treating us like family in these hard times, it is appreciated more than you can ever understand. God Bless! More
The minimum charge here $160. No oil change. No wash. No result. No fix. No tire check. No inspection of any kind. No test drive to see if the fix done took care of the problem. But you wait for about four result. No fix. No tire check. No inspection of any kind. No test drive to see if the fix done took care of the problem. But you wait for about four hours and pay handsomely for nothing done. The guy at the helmet, Fred is the driest, ignorant guy on the premises. He brags on a hollow 20 years experiences that ended up here two months ago. They argue that have done nothing wrong! What about doing anything at all? More
I purchased The Chrysler Lifetime Unlimited Mileage Added Care Plus Warranty when I purchased my 2011 Dodge Challenger from Redlands cjdr (10/2011). I was told this was a lifetime unlimited mileage warranty Care Plus Warranty when I purchased my 2011 Dodge Challenger from Redlands cjdr (10/2011). I was told this was a lifetime unlimited mileage warranty against mechanical failure on the covered components. I was given an informational pamphlet with the caption “ENSURE YOURSELF WITH A LIFETIME OF COVERAGE” is boldly printed at the top. The pamphlet summarized the plan and listed 800+ components; indicating “this plan offers mechanical coverage as specified to the original purchaser of the vehicle……. and ends upon death of the original purchase or sale of the vehicle…”. The salesman assured me this was the best warranty on the market, he reiterated this was a “lifetime warranty” on more than 800 components and it may even help to secure better financing. I purchased this warranty based on the pamphlet given to me and the advice of the sales man. (approx. $3000.00). NOTE: I never received a hard copy of the entire policy, however Redlands cjdr confirmed The Chrysler Lifetime Unlimited Mileage Added Care Plus Warranty was in their system with an expiration date of 2095. I was satisfied with that. Fast forward to present day 2/2020, my vehicle now has some miles on it (141000 to be exact), one of the covered components has failed, (lower ball joints). I checked my plan and verified with Redlands cjdr, the lower ball joints are a covered component. No worries, I thought, I have The Chrysler Lifetime Unlimited Mileage Added Care Plus Warranty! Not so fast! When Redlands cjdr service department called for approval they were advised by the Chrysler Corporation, who administers the warranty, the repair would not be covered as it would fall under “wear and tear”. Of course the pretty pamphlet that was Given to me at the time o sale said NOTHING about “wear and tear”. As one could imagine I felt like I was punched in the stomach. It was like opening a beautifully wrapped package on Christmas morning only to find a box full of garbage. How can there be a “wear and tear” exclusion on an unlimited mileage warranty, it makes no sense. Everything will fall under this category at some point. How can this warranty be lifetime unlimited mileage when there is a “wear and tear” exclusion?! This is contradictory. In the end I was told “It is what it is” and there is nothing that could be done. They were not willing to help or even meet in the middle. Redlands cjdr would take no responsibility in failing to disclose this exclusion which they were well aware of. The Chrysler Corporation will take no responsibility for their misleading advertising of this product. They seem to be pointing fingers at each other. When did the “old mighty dollar” become more important than honesty and integrity? Which according to the mission statement are the fundamentals of Redlands cdjr. One part of their mission statement is true: “as our products are viewed so are we”. Wolves dressed in sheep’s clothing. More

I used Dealer Rater to pick which dealer to go to. Redlands Chrysler (Tom Bell) had one of the better ratings in my area. That rating is well deserved. All items were taken care of and they furnished me with a comparable vehicle for the 2 days it was in the shop. Michelle stayed in touch and kept me apprised of the progress of the work being done the whole time. I would recommend my friends and family go to Tom Bell Chrysler Ram Jeep in Redlands without hesitation. Thank you Tom Bell, your service team is the best!! More
Came in on Veterans Day. I’m a 100% disabled veteran with fair credit; was told if you buy a Jeep you’ll be treated like family. Apparently that means trying to charge me 22% interest rate. Hate to see wha fair credit; was told if you buy a Jeep you’ll be treated like family. Apparently that means trying to charge me 22% interest rate. Hate to see what non-family prices look like smh. Guess Jeep Dodge Chrysler just uses the “we care about our service members” as a marketing tactic to give that good feeling to American buyers. More
Long time customer can no longer recommend this deal Let me start off by saying I have purchased 3 vehicles from Redlands Jeep therefore I believe I am well qualified to offer my opinion. My latest Let me start off by saying I have purchased 3 vehicles from Redlands Jeep therefore I believe I am well qualified to offer my opinion. My latest experience had me purchasing a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 in July. I was contacted by a sales rep who asked me about my interest in a new vehicle. I responded I was actually looking to trade in My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for the same but w/ 4x4. I was very clear with the sales associate what I wanted via text and phone. When I arrived it was like we never spoke. The sales associate 20 days in the her role was re-briefed on what I was looking for. I was abundantly clear that table stakes was Premium sound, heated/vented seats, electric seats and 4x4. As the sales associate showed me a vehicle she rushed to turn on the sound and exclaim, "See premium sound" which it was not it was simply HD radio but I trusted she was showing me what I asked for. I should have realized that the sales associate was too new and asked for someone else who was paying attention to my needs. Rather the sales associate asked me to, "Help her out and test drive the car". Yeah, I am here to buy a car so how about you help me out. Then her asking if I could afford a $999 payment should have been another indicator she was not someone who understood her client. I take full responsibility for not checking up on what she said she was selling me but honestly having purchased 2 vehicles previously, I thought she was looking out for me but I was absolutely wrong. She was trying to make a sale in her first 30 days, regardless of what she agreed to. We concluded the deal and I went through the financing process which had it's own hiccup. As I drove my vehicle and after spending some time in it I realized I DID NOT have premium audio, the seats were heated but NOT VENTED and only the drive side had Electric controls. THE ONLY thing she got right was 4x4. I left a review on another platform (owning the misses as my own for not double-checking wheat was promised) and was contacted by a Marlana M (customer satisfaction dept) on Aug 30th. She heard my claim and said she would get back to me in the afternoon. It has been 10 days, I've left 3 voice mails and it is clear there will be no help from the local dealer. I've now reached out to Corp Jeep. It is for this reason I am providing my feedback. I find it morally reprehensible to sell items you believe are in the car without validating for the customer. And then to say you're going to help and then ghost your customer. BUYER BEWARE! I am a HUGE believer in say what you mean and mean what you say! Sadly I had a very inexperienced sales associate who was provided a script and little training on how to properly engage, deliver and fulfill a customer's request. I blame myself for trusting Redlands Jeep. I blame the sales force for inadequate sales techniques and I blame the dealership for terrible follow up and follow through. I t is for these reasons I can no longer recommend this dealership as there were too many misses on their part putting the burden of proof onto me for validating I am receiving what they said they were selling me. I love Jeep but would advise you to try another dealership as this one simply cannot deliver upon their promise and will not right their wrongs. More
