Living out of town, we had to wait until the weekend to visit, but they were very accommodating with our schedule. We reached out on a Tuesday and drove off the lot with our new car by Saturday. Jacob responded quickly to my messages and answered all my calls. He thoroughly inspected the car before our visit and was upfront and honest about any details we should know. He walked me through the car, answering all my questions while I checked it out. The test drive was smooth and comfortable, both on the highway and in the country. The paperwork process was quick, and I didn't feel pressured into buying any expensive warranties. All in all, I think this might have been the best car buying experience I've had! Thanks Jacob! We talked to Todd about getting a vehicle for our 15 year old son. Todd talked us into coming to drive the Ford product as we never owned a Ford before. There was no pressure to buy. They understood where I needed to be for a payment and worked with me to make it work out. Monty in the finance department was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Todd was very good about showing my son and us all the options on the vehicle as it has more options than we normally have on a vehicle. It was a great low key sales expreience. More
