I am new to the area and choose this dealership pre pandemic. Their lot was chocked full of cars that held my attention. Their recent oil change, tire rotation plus two recall repairs were completed w pandemic. Their lot was chocked full of cars that held my attention. Their recent oil change, tire rotation plus two recall repairs were completed with one minor glitch. A repairmen chose to smoke either in or under my car.causing the cabin to smell of cigarette smoke. I am a non smoker. I contacted the dealership as I left for another appointment and was informed that, Chris Chalfant, a partner, was unavailable but would contact me the next day, which he did. He offered to detail the entire car inside and out to remove the smell. Have not had the opportunity to return to have the detailing completed due to the Christmas holidays. More
