I ordered a highly sought-after Ford Maverick through Sherry as she advertised through a Facebook group for Mavericks that the Reddick Brown Ford. I ordered a highly sought-after Ford Maverick through Sherry as she advertised through a Facebook group for Mavericks that their dealership would be honoring MSRP price. Honest dealers are becoming harder to find, so I jumped at the opportunity. While Sherry and I have had several prior communications, she called me during her vacation, on a cruise ship, to inform me a Maverick had newly become available for pickup. I'll spare you the logistics on my side, but it was a very tight timeframe to churn out a flight and transportation to both Tennessee and the dealership, which all was accommodated with immense grace from both Sherry and Noah, my contact while Sherry was on vacation. Both Sherry and Noah made my purchasing experience phenomenal - I quite literally stepped out of an Uber at Reddick Brown and was sitting in my brand new maverick with paperwork signed in under 15 minutes. If you've ever purchased a car before, this is unheard of. I communicated all the essentials beforehand (within 12 hours to flying down to Tennessee) and I quite literally signed and drove away. No high pressure sales, no gimmicks, just results. The service overall was nothing less than phenomenal, done largely remotely as I live out of state. I would highly recommend Sherry, Noah, and Brown Reddick Ford for your next new vehicle purchase. Some additional context - I was really eager to get into this truck to replace a 1999 econobox so I could have reliable transportation to a bachelor party coming up the very next week. I'd been anticipating a new truck on order for roughly 6 months. Her call was an 11th hour opportunity which made it possible, and her commitment to me as a customer was truly top tier service. More
Arrived at my appointment to have my 2019 F150 Platinum serviced and we promptly greeted and received a confirmation that my service was scheduled for the appointed time. During the service, I was consulted about my air cleaner which was supposed to be replaced at 30,000 miles and it was. After the service was done, the technician went over the condition of my tires, brakes and other components checked for "The Works" service. When I went to the check out desk for payment, I was greeted by an old friend and had a nice conversation during my check out process. Courteous, competent and friendly employees from state to finish. I was there total time of less than 45 minutes. Great experience. More
