Ryan, I am very sorry and disappointed to see your review regarding the 2009 GMC you purchased back in June of 2020. I can 100% agree that your transaction did not go as smooth as we would like and there were unforeseen issues that popped up. As the owner I tried very hard to help with these including helping to fix the rust that was hidden under the wheel arches that you did not see upon purchase nor did we see when we sold it. I even delivered it to you and when it had a blow out I purchased a new tire and wheel at no charge. The last time we spoke was when the used front diff we installed failed. I offered to replace it for free but you said you did not want our help anymore. Again I am very sorry and agree that this was not an ideal interaction. However, you stating that so many parts are "gone" or "shot" is the first I am hearing. My records show that you have put over 7,000 miles on it and it passed emissions with no issues on 08-27-2020 at 127,074 miles. If the 02's and cats were "shot" this would not have been possible. As it relates to the warranty it was not $3,000 rather $1,979 and I spoke with them and they only show 1 claim ever filed and it was denied as a non covered item. I understand your frustration and would probably be as frustrated if I were in your shoes, but this review is the 1st time I am hearing about any of this. If you would like to discuss this further please feel free to reach out.

Wow. You never offered to replace the front diff, in fact I was told when I purchased it that it was new, and when it broke you told me it was used and that the 90 warranty from the salvage yard that you bought it from had passed. You never offered to replace it, diagnose it, or fix it. I was told that I should explore my warranty options. The vehicle did pass emissions after I replaced the cats and o2 sensors out of my own pocket which cost $1500. I have spent over $3000 in repairs on this vehicle that you claimed to be in "Great Condition" I wasn't going to mention the hidden rust which just further exemplifies the condition of the vehicle. Which had to be brought back to the shady body shop because they damaged my topper and tried to cover it up without telling anyone. Their bodywork and paint job is horrible and you guys just passed the truck right along to me like nothing was wrong. This additional time in the shop led to the wheel that you replaced after your driver caused the blowout and further damage by not pulling over immediately. I had to source a replacement rim, pick it up, and drive it over 1.5 hrs away in order to get my vehicle back. Yes you reimbursed me, but by no means did what a GOOD dealership would do. You also refused to refund me for my maintenance plan, which is xx. You hire incompetent techs, use shady 3rd party body work shops, and buy junk vehicles for resale.

When we bought a car here we asked if there were any recalls to our car, they only said 1. Later do we discover that there are 5 recalls on the car and the transmission is going out after only 2k miles More

Alex, I am sorry that you feel you had a less than 5 star purchase experience here at Reds. The Nissan Rogue your grandma purchased for you did indeed only have 1 open recall at the time of sale. There may been been a total of 5 over its entire life being a 10 year old car, but in fact only 1 remained open at purchase, this was disclosed in several places and your grandma signed acknowledging this as well. As it relates to the CVT transmission making noise the first we heard of this was the other day when you dropped it off. Unfortunately you drove over 6,500 miles in the 2 months since your purchase, which is more than the 3,000 mile warranty we provided at no charge with the purchase. We tried to help by performing a transmission service at no charge and using an additive recommended to help with CVT whine. I understand that it can be frustrating when a new to you car has issues, we never want this for our customers and that is why we provide the 3,000 mile warranty for free and offer and highly recommend longer terms, especially when the Rogue already had 185,234 miles at the time of sale. As a small business owner I am ok with you being frustrated that the Rogue had issues after your bought it, but also feel it is very important to be honest in your review, which you were not. 6,500 miles is not 2,000 as you stated and us performing free service to help you out is indeed helping so saying we did not is simply not true, While we do our best to make sure we sell good cars sometimes they just fail, the car you purchased was a 1 owner car with perfect service history that had no issues for 6,500 miles until the whine started. There is no way our mechanics or any for that matter could have predicted this. So to say that we sell lemons is also not true. I wish you and your grandmother the best.

Even still, we took it to another mechanic and they said the transmission was having issues from before the 6k when we purchased since it was grinding. If your mechanics cared at all, they would've seen it. Also calling back to the other mechanics including the transmission place the previous owners went to before, it was shown that the transmission had issues beforehand too. But you failed to inform us of that. Why would they do a transmission flush twice then sell the car swiftly after to you to then pawn it off on a struggling mother and not care at all.
