Hi Edward, It looks like you dropped off your vehicle Thursday December 28th.- The work was done on Friday December 29th, which would be 2 weeks as of tomorrow, not 3. The key was taken or misplaced on Friday December 29th and a new key and fob were made for you that same day. Tiffany has reached out to multiple customers from that day to see if they picked up the keys by mistake from her desk, no-one has replied. I apologize the keys were possibly misplaced or picked up by a customer - that will lead to a process discussion in service for the future. Please email a receipt to sales@redwingchev.com for up to $40 for a replacement key for your gun safe. Thanks for the honest review.

So it was 2 weeks not 3. When were you guys going to call me back Ive called 3 times? Look not a big deal but its clear no one wanted to tell me they lost the keys. The only reason Im getting a response is because you got a bad review. We dont want your 40$ for the lost gun safe key.
