Back in March of 2021 I paid over $30,000 for a 2015 Silverado at ur dealership. Not long after my check engine light came on so I brought it to Red Wing Chev to find the problem. Service writer Mike informed me that it has a bad Oxygen sensor which is not covered by the warranty I purchased from you. I understood that and didn't have a problem with the diagnosis. Mike informed me the cost to replace it would be $200. So when I made the appointment and brought it in for repairs I was told it would be well over $300.00 and to my dismay the part was not in stock. I was charged $85.00 and sent on my way and I was understandably upset. I haven't made another appointment yet because I'm trying to put together the unexpected $100 plus dollars. I had my own auto repair business for over 35 yrs n had I treated my clients this way I wouldn't expect them to return to my shop. Where did the extra $100 come from,I don't know and don't understand. I'm capable of doing the repairs myself but try to support the local businesses as much as I can. I guess buying the vehicle from you doesn't get u any break when it comes to repairs. I still haven't decided if I'm bringing it back to your dealership. More
