I still have an issue and texted them. No response at all. In my mind, the repair is still not complete. The handoff was confusing. I was simply told to drive up to the service bay the next day and all. In my mind, the repair is still not complete. The handoff was confusing. I was simply told to drive up to the service bay the next day and they would put on the part (rear wiper) that was ordered and I had already paid for. Chris? was super rude and I ended up waiting 15 more minutes while he figured it out and then wanted to charge me more. I thought he was a jerk to me. I was taken back as I have been a huge customer.
