Tyler went above and beyond, sending me videos and texts about my new car the day before I arrived. He also followed up with me once I got home to make sure everything was good! Just wondering why when you tell them what is wrong with your vehicle they still spend a couple hours on diagnostic time when they already know ahead of time what the problem is.
