Took work truck in for two separate repairs and had to bring it back in both times. First time was for brakes. They said they cleaned the throttle sensor. I brought it back the same day and they had to re bring it back in both times. First time was for brakes. They said they cleaned the throttle sensor. I brought it back the same day and they had to replace it. Most recently I brought the same vehicle in for a flashing check engine light and they determined that the #4 spark plug was loose. They said they inspected it and it looked good. Made it about 100 miles until truck started flashing check engine light again. Brought it to a different Chevy dealer and they showed me the burnt out #4 spark plug. And said that there was 10,000 misfires on it. Not sure why I wasn’t told that there. Also brought my personal vehicle in for oil change and had a leak at the filter. Don’t really ever leave reviews. But feel like too much overlooked here. More

Tiffany lost my vehicle keys. Not a major issue but she told me that someone else accidentally took the keys and he would bring them back the next day. So the next day came and we Not a major issue but she told me that someone else accidentally took the keys and he would bring them back the next day. So the next day came and went. I called Tiffany and asked about the keys. She's said she would try again and give me a call. Nope she never called. So again a week later I called. I was told she would call me back and nothing. It's been almost 3 weeks and now shes just ignoring the situation. I really don't care about the keys. I did get a new one but I had a gun safe key on that key ring and now the safe is absolutely pointless without out the key. The bigger problem is the fact that she just straight up lied about something so stupid. She could have told me they lost them and not made up a stupid lie. Makes me not trust bringing my vehicle there when it seems as if everytime we are there they say we need thousands of dollars of repairs. Hmmmm. Yeah I'll bring my vehicles elsewhere from now on. More
