Tiffany was great! SHe let me know immediately after my oil change that the techs has found a small gasket leak . She got on the phone with my warranty people and had good news the same day that it would all be covered! We scheduled the fix up appt.. She arranged for me to get a ride to work with the courtesy vehicle and had a for sure time that I should come back to the dealer when the car was fixed. THis helped me get a friend to get me back to the dealer on time. All is well! More
