Red River Chevrolet

My family and I picked out the Tahoe we wanted from Red River Chevrolet. We live out of town, so the next day we left earlier to get the vehicle. Everything went great until the trade in, the WORST EXPER River Chevrolet. We live out of town, so the next day we left earlier to get the vehicle. Everything went great until the trade in, the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life!!! The man dealing in the used car quotes and the employees LOST a sale for the Red River Chevrolet team. We were appalled by the quote we were given on our trade-in!!! We asked about the quote and the man we were dealing with could not answer any questions. The man who came up with the quote when questioned about the quote he was VERY offended. He could not and would not TRUTHFULLY answer our questions. Another disappointing issue was when the man we were dealing with saw that we were upset he said "Well even though it did not work out it was great working with you". What a slap in the face!!!!!!! There was NO trying to talk to us - THEY DID NOT CARE!!!!!! We left Red River Chevrolet and went to Chevyland and came home in a fully loaded Suburban!!!! Sorry Red River Chevrolet you lost not only a sale but future customers!!! VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!!!!!! From now on Chevyland will have my business!!! And we will share our experience with anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! More

Great customer service, Bob Lockhart has done an excellent job assisting me through the new vehicle purchase process as well as made sure I got the best deal for my buy.
