I was kept updated throughout the process and when there was a "glitch", I knew they would make it right. Matthew G who manged the repairs was very professional and respectful with his communications, reassuring me that things would be done at the very highest standards. I especially appreciated Eric G's involvement considering he was in Sales (had found and sold this ATS coupe to me last year) and did not have to assist with the collision process. He delivered the ATS to me when it was done and made sure everything was working as it should. I am a happy customer and glad RN is my dealer since I will be driving this ATS for years to come. More
