The maintenance agreement I bought starts at 30,000 miles and will expire on 12/31/22. It provides me with 6 coupons to use on maintenance every 5,000 miles. Sounds very good when you’re purchasing a car but please take into consideration the yearly miles you put on your car. More
I'm very disappointed and angry of how I was treated by Red McCombs service tech today 8/9/2021. I Waited for 55 minutes just for a tech to tell me that they can't do my change oil because air compressor w Red McCombs service tech today 8/9/2021. I Waited for 55 minutes just for a tech to tell me that they can't do my change oil because air compressor wasn't working and there's no air. I was there very early at 6:50 am waited until 7:45 am for them to tell me that there's a problem and that they can't do my change oil. just like that. They didn't offer any solutions nor trying to ratify the situation. I waited for almost 2 weeks for this appointment, I didn't ever bother to go to another Dealership because this is where I bought my 2021 Toyota 4Runner Off Road. Last Week i called Shane Mitchell to see if I can Purchase another Toyota Vehicle which is either 2022 or 2023 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Off road but if i was treated unfairly today, i would never buy another vehicle at Red McCombs, i will bring my Business somewhere else. Note: Red McCombs Treat all your customer Fairly and always find a solution for all your customer. I deal with hundreds of Local Clients every month, i will make sure that i will them i Red McCombs Service department Treated me unfairly and Disappointing experience. More
I totaled my car and was in the market for a Limited RAV4. Jessie from Red McCombs contacted us on a Thursday afternoon and said they had one that was pre-ordered by another customer but if he didn’t sh RAV4. Called back Friday morning and said it was available, again emphasizing the “first come first serve.” I ended up driving an hour to the dealership, without my husband because I didn’t want to miss out on it. Got there, test drove it, LOVED it. I was ready to purchase it when I saw somebody else test driving it. Apparently the guy that had originally pre-ordered it had showed up 10 minutes AFTER me and I was told “We’ll since it was technically ordered for him, he gets to decide if he wants it or not.” They ended up selling the car right from underneath me, with no other vehicles with the same trim level and packages. How I had to basically do my own research on the used trucks available to find one for that fitsvmy needs. How I submitted an application and explained that Credit acceptance Corp approved me for a loan. How Ali informated me the next day that Credit acceptance Corp denied my application. How I contacted Credit acceptance Corp on 3 Jun 2021 and 4:45 and talked the Mark. How Mark informed me that Red Mccombs Toyota never submitted a deal to them and all. How when I asked about it with Red Mccombs I was told to pick a $15k lesser truck. But all of what Red Mccombs Toyota said was a complete and total fabrication. More

I bought a certifed 2014 corolla in 2015 and bought the extended warranty for $3000 which I think was worthless since I have not used it. I had trouble with my heater on Monday, 3/8, 2021. Took it to the dearlership and after waiting in line for service I was told if I had an appt. I sd no I am having trouble with my heater making a funny noise. He said I needed to make an appt. Then he flagged a guy to ask for Tomas and was told Tomas was busy so I left .What kind of service is that. How did I know I needed aan appt. After all that I went to Alamo Toyota. I was attended briefly, taken to my job and picked up after the work was done. Was not covered by my policy but they took care of me without an appt and I didnt even buy the car there.. More

I came in thinking I wanted a Prius, then as soon as started doubting, he was eager to help me find an visited Red McCombs Toyota for a Used vehicle. I came in thinking I wanted a Prius, then as soon as started doubting, he was eager to help me find another car that I would love -- but never in a pushy salesman kind-of-way. I loved the 24-hour test-drive option & was able to really get a feel for the car to be able to make a more confident decision. I also worked with Ali Alhemiry & he was helpful as well. Mark Davis in the Service department has always been trustworthy, straight-forward, & never forgets a name. Would recommend. More
