My saga started on 24 Aug when RJ said I needed a new oil pan. Stated it would be $601 but since I had an extended warranty I would pay my deductible. I had to come in at 730a the following weekend. He said that RJ hadn't put in a claim and that, if he did it without a claim, he'd have to pay $601. His officemate confirmed this. I asked for a manager and got SK. He reiterated what "Sean"said but, when he saw I wasn't going to pay $601, he said he would pick up my car and give me a rental on Tuesday when "they" were open. When I agreed to that, he said that he would see if they could do and jumped in my car and took it to the back. "Sean" was acting as if I were "getting ugly". I had to go back to "Sean" 2x for updates and the video of my car only showed my front end. Finally, "Sean" put on the paperwork CDP (customer doesn't pay). But on my copy, it said his name was JG and RJ had put in a claim and the parts would come out to be a $28 and change. Tried calling Amanda Linsey 2x about this and when I return her calls it's always voice mail. I don't what went on there but it was suspicious and it seems the management doesn't care. More
Just left my 2009 Scion XB for a scheduled oil consumption test at Red McComb. Had to wait in my car for about 25 minutes before any team member approached me. I am so disappointed and discouraged about how I was treated this morning. I sat in my car and watched how the service team went to all the other cars but never mine. I wondered why I was being ignored, that's the million dollar question that needs to be addressed. They even helped car owners that arrived after I had been sitting there. I have used this dealership for all my repairs, so today was definitely a sucked punch to my soul and probably my wallet. My service advisor did apologize for this treatment, but I could tell that it was designed to shut me up so she could get on with her day. I guess it might be time to move on. More

The car was a total loss and they fixed it to resale to us. How is it possible to trust Red Mccombs if all they care about is selling a car and not the safety of there customers? Car is paid off and impossible to get anything back because of the accident it was in before it was bought. They knew about the accident, lied and unfortunately here they just care about $$$ SCAM CARFAX REPORT !! More

This review is intended for the oil changing department only. My wife and I have had 3 different vehicles from Red McCombs and have always purchased extra oil changes. We live a good distance from Reds, so scheduling is tuff. We always have to just show up and wait. No big deal, it has never taken more than 2 hours. My last visit was 4 plus hours. I'll finish using up my extra purchased oil changes and cut ties with Red McCombs Toyota. Had 2 different people check on my vehicle, only to tell me that they haven't started on it yet. Finally found the service manager who I hate dealing with. She thinks that she is way more important than she really is. Not to mention a rude smart xxx. I reported to her what I had been witnessing while watching the tech through the window. Really pathetic. Manager drove my truck around and told me it was ready. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, kiss my xxx, nothing. I'm done. More
