Worst experience ever. Made appointment 2 weeks ahead and detailed recalls and MPG reimbursement requests . Dropped off to total war zone construction. Everyone I encountered was clearly miserable in their environment. 3 hours later received a call telling me neither service could be performed as they were to busy to get my car in. OK let me stress this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.. in total we made 4 30 mile trips for absolutely zero results. More
