Lack of communication killed the service. I was told my car would be ready in two days max. I had to call and text the representative numerous times to get a status. The rental was only covered for a day and up to today, my warranty hasnt heard from the dealership to cover for my rental. It was a nightmare. More

I wish I can give minus; was there for normal service just to make sure everything is ok before my trip to Canada. Everything was fine but out of caution; I also requested tire balance and tire alignment just to make sure everything is ok before my trip to Canada. I went back the next day, and they took the entire day and returned the car with the same issue, very bad. I went to a different auto repair and they were able to partially correct the ISSUE CREATED BY RED MCCOMBS SUPERIOR HYUNDAI. They have worsened my car's condition and it appears that the mechanics have poor knowledge. Not happy at all, regret my decision to go to Red McCombs Superior Hyundai. More
