Lack of communication killed the service. I was told my car would be ready in two days max. I had to call and text the representative numerous times to get a status. I had to talk to the supervisor and was told that the representative was not working there any more. My car was not ready until the following week. I missed work ans had to rent a car. The rental was only covered for a day and up to today, my warranty hasnt heard from the dealership to cover for my rental. It was a nightmare. More

I have bought multiple cars from Red McCombs Hyundai, avoid this location like the plague go to the NW location off I10 and UTSA Blvd. Service people are a nightmare, unhelpful and have no idea what cust avoid this location like the plague go to the NW location off I10 and UTSA Blvd. Service people are a nightmare, unhelpful and have no idea what customer service is. I wish I can give minus; was there for normal service just to make sure everything is ok before my trip to Canada. Everything was fine but out of caution; I also requested tire balance and tire alignment just to make sure everything is ok before my trip to Canada. Everything was fine but out of caution; I also requested tire balance and tire alignment. When I received the car, it was vibrating when I hit the speed of 60-70 mph. I went back the next day, and they took the entire day and returned the car with the same issue, very bad. I went to a different auto repair and they were able to partially correct the ISSUE CREATED BY RED MCCOMBS SUPERIOR HYUNDAI. They have worsened my car's condition and it appears that the mechanics have poor knowledge. Not happy at all, regret my decision to go to Red McCombs Superior Hyundai. More
