My vehicle was there 3 months and communication with my advisor was very sparse. I know they were dealing with Hyundai directly to get my service approved but I would have appreciated better communication advisor was very sparse. The service department was great especially Amber. But the body shop department was absolutely horrible. My car was in the body shop getting both passenger side doors repainted because of a defect to But the body shop department was absolutely horrible. My car was in the body shop getting both passenger side doors repainted because of a defect to the original paint job. My car was in the body shop for about 5.5 weeks. I had to rent a car for 8 days, which cost me about $500, while my car just sat in the body shop. The body shop rep only called me 2 times during that entire time, only to ask me for money to do additional body work. I must have left over 20 messages during that time. I actually drove to the dealership 3 times just to get an update on the status of my car. More
