Promised & reserved loaner switched after my arrival for miniature rollerskate. With Tire rotation, balance and alignment is a MUST- AS A MATTER OF CAR CARE 101, but had to request at additional cost, ev miniature rollerskate. The Sales department offers excellent service, while the service department lacks personal interaction when dropping off a vehicle and fails to communicate effectively to meet your needs. The service was quick, communication between the service department and I was excellent, and they took care of the recalls that my vehicle had during my service. Ariel Anne Melanie were both very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Melanie kept me informed and provided any information I requested.
