I had been searching for a 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid in white with a pecan interior, with several dealers in the San Antonio area. I texted exactly what I wanted to Sgt D. at Red Combs Hyundai NW, and she replie with a pecan interior, with several dealers in the San Antonio area. I texted exactly what I wanted to Sgt D. at Red Combs Hyundai NW, and she replied that a 2027 had just come in and would I like to look at it. Since I had been told by other dealers that the pecan interior was hard to find, I agreed. Thank goodness I did, because it was beautiful. Sgt. D. knew the car inside and out, and was able to explain anything I asked about. Although it was a 2027, the manager worked with me on a deal that made me as happy as the one at another dealer for their 2026! I highly recommend Red Combs Hyundai NW and Sgt D as your salesperson. Very poor communication. Do t text the customer and then never respond. Tried numerous times to get a response from the person assigned to us. Our vehicle had several services performed and was returned to us dirtier than it came in. What happened to washing a vehicle before it’s returned to the customer. It was there long enough for sure.
