He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the contract and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns without making us feel rushed. His professionalism and transparency gave us a lot of confidence in our purchase. Mr. Oscar F. also introduced us to SmartPay, which my husband and I both felt was a great option for managing our monthly payments. Promised & reserved loaner switched after my arrival for miniature rollerskate. With Tire rotation, balance and alignment is a MUST- AS A MATTER OF CAR CARE 101, but had to request at additional cost, ev miniature rollerskate. The Sales department offers excellent service, while the service department lacks personal interaction when dropping off a vehicle and fails to communicate effectively to meet your needs. The service was quick, communication between the service department and I was excellent, and they took care of the recalls that my vehicle had during my service.
