Not happy with Ezra. This is a certified used car. The certification was not completed. Was told I could pick the car up the next day but it was two days later. A phone call would have helped but I was the one doing the calling. When I went to pick the car up I was handed the keys. Never given a review of the car. Also told I would get the second remote in two days and it was a week in a half. later.. Not a good experience. More
