Reynaldo Hernandez was a horrible Salesman. He had very little knowledge of the Product or Inventory. He was not friendly at all. He was more interested in his Phone the a horrible Salesman. He had very little knowledge of the Product or Inventory. He was not friendly at all. He was more interested in his Phone then helping me. I finally asked for another Salesman and was given Bill Raynor who was a very proffessional Salesman. He was very friendly as well as very knowledgeable of the product and inventory. Glen Melvin was also very helpful with hooking me up with the right salesman and making sure that I left the Dealership happy. The reason for the 3 Stars is because what I had to experienced working with Reynaldo Hernandez. You should make sure that your Salesmen are Knowledgeable, Friendly and are more interested in their customer than there Phone. Most people would have probably walked out of your dealership but I gave you another shot by requesting another salesman. More

Let me start out by saying that the staff is very nice and professional, unfortunately I had my vehicle in 4 times during the month of March, a total of 15 hours of wait time in order to complete the rep and professional, unfortunately I had my vehicle in 4 times during the month of March, a total of 15 hours of wait time in order to complete the repairs needed. On a side note, they allegedly had fixed a broken windshield wiper I had told them about, but the first time using it in the rain the wiper came flying off my car. That should NOT have happened. More
