I first met Reynaldo (Dan) Hernandez during my first visit to Red Hoagland a little more than three years ago. I found him to be a polite, very knowledgeable, low pressure sales person, helping me decid visit to Red Hoagland a little more than three years ago. I found him to be a polite, very knowledgeable, low pressure sales person, helping me decide which vehicle was best for me. Last week when I arrived at the dealership, I called his cell number, he met me, showed me a few vehicles, we test drove one and I made my decision to purchase within twenty minutes. He looked after everything from my trade in allowance, extended warranty, title transfer, insurance transfer, programing both my phones into the vehicles system, fueling up my vehicle then explaining the different options of my new vehicle. Again, making my vehicle purchase a pleasurable, non pressure experience. Reynaldo is a good man and in my opinion a real asset to Red Hoagland. More

I needed a new car and this dealership was highly recommended by a friend. Our salesman, Collin Porter, was wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, accessible, and more. I was paying cash. Everyone at the dealership I encountered was friendly and helpful. Everyone except one person, Jason. I don't know Jason's job title, but he went over all the paperwork for me. He apparently comes from that period when men thought that women were good only for one thing. Such a snide and condescending attitude! I bought the car, paid cash for the car, and love it, jumping with joy about this purchase! But when the title came, I misunderstood the directions (I was still considering myself as the buyer, not the seller, on the new title) and went back into the dealership to get clarification. Again had to see Jason. He could not have been more condescending and proceeded to berate me. I do not understand how a person with such a lack of interpersonal skills is in a position to deal with customers, he belongs out of sight somewhere in the back office. He couldn't have been a worse representative for Red Hoagland if he had tried. I did get the information needed, but I came in as a pleased and very happy purchaser and left feeling disgusted. So, I would recommend the dealership, but they'd have more happy female (at least) customers without Jason, a dinosaur from another time. More
