I'm the kind of person that will complain at a restaurant if their food isn't right so I consider it my duty to also compliment when things ARE right. Buying a car is NOT my favorite thing to do but I wanted to take some time out and write a review because I actually had a good experience and I want others to know about it. Somehow I lucked out this time around where the salesman I ended up with, Chris, was exactly what I needed. I was basically just considering my options the first time around yet he was very laid back and non-pressuring, which I appreciated. We took some test drives and he let me go on my way without the standard tactics. Over the next couple of weeks we kept in touch but not annoyingly-so. When we had made up our mind, we were very happy to buy a new Sonata from Chris. My recommendation in walking in to Red Hoagland would be to ask for him for sure! More

Owning a 2008 Santa Fe, we stopped in to do some "tire kicking" after visiting another area dealer with whom we were not pleased. He quite patiently and with some humor determined what we needed. Still a bit reluctant, we went thru some choices and numbers. Lo and behold we were close to what we might be willing to spend for a 2013 Santa Fe. We went back and forth a bit but settled on a price that we believe both of us felt good about. Chris bent over backwards to put this deal together and this has been the very best experience we have ever had in over 40 years of buying new cars! Something else... Their facility spotless. Everyone we met was polite and all seemed happy to be working at Red Hoagland. This really shows and made us very comfortable. More

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Red Hoagland Hyundai. I purchased a used Mazda from them about 4 or 5 months ago. I must tell you that I had been to a dozen other dealers prior to RHH and none Hyundai. I purchased a used Mazda from them about 4 or 5 months ago. I must tell you that I had been to a dozen other dealers prior to RHH and none of them came close to the service I received from RHH. I strongly dislike buying cars and don't like the runaround that you get from most dealers. RHH was completely different. My salesman Nathan Tworek was great! He worked within my budget and took great care of us! Thanks again RHH I highly recommend you guys! Jimmy More

We have bought several vehicles from RHH and have been more than satisfied with the dealership and with our salesman, Mr. Fran DiMichele. He has gone out of his way to be helpful and is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Several months ago we purchased a 2011 Santa Fe that had been a demo. Upon close inspection when we got it home, we discovered a problem with the paint. Fran immediately notified RHH management. The upshot is that one week after we purchased the demo, RHH replaced--yes, replaced--the vehicle with a 2012 Santa Fe. How many other dealers can you name that would go so far to please a customer??? None that we can think of!!!! Not only do we love our Santa Fe, but we have recommended RHH to many of our friends.
