Bought Sonata 2016 Found the wheel lock. Went in looking to check prices on new vehicles and bought the same day. This dealership was able to find what we needed in a timely fashion and satisfy our needs. . I wander why you don't provide the locks for the wheels with it, you make your customers send for this. This is an important part of maintenance of the tires I think this is cheap on Hyundai's part. Should provide this with the vehicle. Joe Brown called us back about the wheel locks, we found them in the trunk by the spare tire. Joe quickly helped us in locating these items, very grateful that they are included with the car. I found the order form in the glove box and thought I needed to order them. Thanks Joe for helping us again. More

My experience at Red Hoagland Hyundai I was impressed with Fran DiMichele. He met me and ask if he could help. He took me to his office and proceeded to ask what I wanted in a vehicle. After our discussion, he went out to "see what we have". I had mentioned I would like white. When he returned, he asked, "would you accept silver"? He then took me out to see the Tucson. I liked what I saw. He took me into the car and explained the electronics- everything on the dash. He explained the instruction book as well as the supliment booklet. Fran then let me drive. It was a nice drive. I decided I would like to buy the Tucson. I returned the vehicle the next day for the application of Zxylon. Fran called a couple of days later to inquire about the vehicle and my thoughts about it. I am thoroughly enjoying my new Tucson! I love the silver! More
